Great quality
Great quality ingredients, with clear, easy instructions. My Asian cooking is normally limited to a couple of dishes so it was a fantastic way of trying different recipes and flavours from the Region without the need to buy loads of different ingredients that then sit in the cupboard for months!

Really enjoyed my firecracker chicken
Really enjoyed my firecracker chicken. The recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients were all delivered fresh. A great way to spend Friday evening, cooking something new and enjoying good food.

I have had some great meals cooked with these boxes. They often have unusual ingredients not easy to find. The flavours are surprisingly good. Quality of the food is high my only challenge is often we are missing some Ingredients. That doesn't detract from the quality of the overall offer

Expensive but worth it
The food is great the recipe leaflets come with nutritional information and also give you detailed steps which help you recreate a brilliant, non basic dish. This is not for people who don’t enjoy cooking and just want to throw things together in a hurry. This box takes a process but is ultimately really rewarding.
I took off one star because of how pricey some of the boxes can get £60/2 but we still find it worthy anyway.

Very disappointed
I decided to ditch hello fresh after they frequently sent low quality products, the boxes often had items missing, usually the main ingredient so I decided to try feast box.
I was very excited as they do a completely different menu to most other places and it’s nice to try different cuisines.
At first it was going well, apart from little niggles like the reward system not working, and the free items you had been offered couldn’t be added to your menu.
Last week I received a box with several substitutions and a very sad looking spring onion, they also left out my bottle of wine I had ordered, never mind, forgive and forget, we are not all perfect.
However this week my box didn’t arrive at all, although I was in all day, the courier decided he couldn’t deliver it despite having the door code and instructions to the flat, despite the fact he had delivered to my flat several times before!
We will have nothing for dinner now as we were relying on our box for tonight.
My 44yr old wife died recently unexpectedly, and we really do not need any extra hassle thank you.
UPDATE
The box was delivered the next day (Saturday) BUT the ice pack had obviously melted, but it was actually warm in the bag, both the fish and prawns I ordered both smelt very strong, I don’t want food poisoning thank you.

Better than a take away
I chose the black pepper beef, Vietnamese fish soup and Mauritian chicken wings. All recipes were tasty and looked like the pictures. Instructions were good and I completed in the time suggested. Better than ordering a take away.

There is another recipe kit company that frequently lays claim to being the best. I beg to differ.
In my experience, Feast Box provide the best quality food and the most generous quantities. All the meals appear to be to be very healthy, much more so than a regular "balanced diet".
Imo, well worth trying

Received Rotted Pork and Chicken
Received rotted pork and chicken. Arrived in a warm box , the ice pack was thawed out and all food was inedible.
The pork and chicken were so rotten it filled the house with a terrible stench.
No one called me, just automated emails at first followed by some human ones that were justifying what happened.
They offered me a £31 refund (which is no compensation really seeing as we had to go out and buy more food ) - and a small discount voucher to use them next time .
I can’t even face eating chicken or pork now , awful experience.

I personally did communicate with you throughout resolving this issue. The only time we use automated responses is on social media, outside of our customer service hours. Apologies for any confusion.
Our cooling system is designed to keep your feast box fresh for 48 hours. It may be that your parcel was slightly damaged in transit causing the cooling system to fail us. We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience.
Please be assured that I have escalated this for urgent review. It has been particularly hot the last few days, but this should still not have happened.
We offered you £60.00 of Feast box credit, or a refund + partial credit for the inconvenience. I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear initially.
Please do always use your own judgement (as you have rightly done with this order) and refuse to accept the parcel if you are in any way unhappy with it. We will always take action to resolve things promptly and to make sure that these issues do not occur in future orders.

Posh food at home.
We enjoy having a couple of meals from feast box. I like that the meals aren’t ones that you usually see. Everything comes packed well and organised and there is no waste. Don’t think there has been a meal we didn’t enjoy.
Instructions are mostly easy to follow and my husband who doesn’t like cooking actually doesn’t mind doing these!

Great food.
We ordered two meals for two people - a fish dish and a tofu dish. Everything arrived as ordered. Food was great and the cooking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Excellent quality and great tasting food.
