Just used Featherington to stage our house for sale. It was a very seamless process, all went like clockwork and they did a fabulous job at presenting the house ready for sale.

I’ve just used Featherington Interiors to stage a previous rental property and highly recommend them. The property was a blank canvas, refurbished, furniture removed and Naomi and her team completely transformed it to look like a show home! The whole process was so easy - excellent and prompt communication from Naomi, I provided photos of the property and Naomi somehow knew exactly what to select and created a beautiful looking home. The team who came on the day, led by Assal, were so friendly and helpful, they were a pleasure to work with. I’d never thought to use this type of service before - the estate agent suggested - and so glad I did, I really believe it’s going to help with sale. I would definitely use this company again.

We used Featherington Interiors to home stage a formerly rented property where there was not much decor or furniture. They did an amazing job! Featherington Interiors have been great to work with, providing excellent service. Organising staging for our home was made very straighforward with quick communication and transparent communication, which allowed us to benefit from staging as soon as possible.

I purchased a mixed development site during Covid & decided to develop the top floor into residential 2 x 1bedroom apartments.
We vaulted the ceiling, refurbished the sash windows, bespoke handmade kitchens etc a top specification.
The Agents suggested staging the apartments to achieve the best possible sale price, I have never done this before so I’m searching for a company Featheringtons stood out immediately.
Only problem is I leave for St Lucia in the morning, not an issue for Leah & her team even with the time difference their response was immediate.
I sent photos, floor plans etc Leah came up with a comprehensive design scheme with before & after photos very professional.
We agreed a time & date for the install actually the following week.
I attended with my builder as we expected to maybe take a few doors off & maybe even have to take furniture though one of the windows.
Leah arrived with her team & with a big smile said leave it to us I will call you when we are finished.
When we arrived back none of us including our Agent could believe the transformation the apartments are spacious & open plan, however it’s difficult to visualise where does the sofa go how do we define a dining area, Leah even incorporated a home office/ study area truly Amazing!
I know now that I will achieve a premium for the apartments!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Naomi was super responsive and helpful, I cant praise her Company enough for staging. Our house was empty and had received no viewings in a couple of months due to the photos on the Estate Agents site. So in desperation we decided to try staging and the benefit was instant. Lots of viewings and several offers one of which we've accepted. Honestly, it is extra money to shell out but it's really worth it if you want to sell an empty property.

Wow! - What a difference the staging has made. It’s early days, but the impact on sales viewings has already resulted in much more positive feedback. It was such a pleasure to work with Naomi, she was responsive, accommodating and creative. She and her team did a great job. And I’d definitely recommend them.

I was in two minds about whether to stage my property that I was flipping. After one conversation and visit from Naomi I was convinced and the end result was amazing. Everyone including potential buyers, estate agents, other property developers, and even the TV crew for a popular renovation show were stunned at how amazing the property looked and the staging was a big factor in that!

Fantastic experience with Featherington Interiors. From the start, Leah and Naomi have communicated things so clearly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

I expected good things when I got a moodboard back based on my design preferences, however the finished product is way beyond my expectations - the flat looks incredible and it has 100% been the right decision to stage my flat. The estate agent has commented on how fantastic the difference is between the staged flat vs the previous tenants’ furniture, and I’ve no doubt it will have a huge impact when it comes to selling.

If you’re unsure whether to stage a flat, just go for it - and get Leah and Naomi to do it for you. You won’t regret it!

Naomi staged my flat, her choice of colours and fixtures were great, I even bought some of the bits as I liked them so much. A pleasure to work with, would recommend.
