The customer service here is brilliant. Really quick responses. Able to accommodate my changes to the design, fast delivery and the wall paper is amazing, We had the same design in our old house (the big smoke) and we wanted it again when we moved. But wanted the design changed, no problem for these guys. The quality of the material is very high.

I ordered the Matsumoto chinoiserie bird wallpaper and I am absolutely delighted with the result and the service I received. This is my first purchase of wallpaper from Feathr. I had a difficult space of a stairwell and emailed to ask if a particular design would fit, as it’s very tall. They came back immediately, redesigned the wallpaper to fit the space and even gave me three designs to choose from so the design would stand out better. Fantastic service and the wallpaper is so beautiful everyone is commenting on it, even my teenage boys. Very happy!

We chose Panthera by Feathr for our guest loo and somehow, this tiny space is now the most talked-about room in the house. It’s immersive, chic and we love it. Set against a subtle pink, it features a vertical forest of stylised tree trunks, delicate foliage and panthers that bring the walls to life.

The wallpaper itself is luxurious and thick, and the whole process - from ordering to quick delivery was very straightforward. Even putting it up on the walls was a breeze, with instructions that were easy and clear to follow. The Feathr team were amazing. Professional, very approachable - passionate about putting art on your walls. Now onto the next challenge of choosing a couple of wallpapers for kids' bedrooms. Copy paste?

I had been searching for the perfect wallpaper for our bedroom for quite a while, and I'm so glad I came across Feathr. I ordered samples of several different designs, and Hanna was incredibly helpful in suggesting options that matched the style of our room. The wall mural we chose was initially a bit too small to cover all four walls, but they created a custom size and gave us some advise on how to decorate one awkwardly shaped wall.
We had a professional decorator install the wall mural, and even he commented on the quality of the paper. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result. We will be contacting Hanna again for ideas for our hallway.

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering samples from this company. My order wasn't shipped until 10 days after it was placed (I checked the postage time stamp), and delivery to the U.S. took an additional five days—making it difficult to meet my deadline for choosing wallpaper. I also ordered samples from another UK-based company and had much better service when I inquired about delivery time. Communication was also lacking; my inquiries about the order received little response. ETA: I received a response once this review went live.

When the sample finally arrived, the color did not match what was shown on my monitor. I understand that screens can vary, but I’ve ordered samples from several other companies and never encountered such a significant difference. I wish I can show you how much the samples differed by. My designer stated a lot of companies photoshop their websites, and I wouldn't be surprised if they did at at Feathr.

ETA after Feathr's response:

Your company responded to my second email within 20 minutes, but my first message was ignored. After that, my two follow-up emails also went unanswered—until my review was published. I regularly check my spam folder, so it’s unlikely the responses were missed.

What’s even more surprising is that your company is based in the U.S., yet it took over two weeks for samples to be delivered within the same country. That delay is difficult to understand.
