I’ve seen great reviews of products that I know to be terrible on FeaturedCustomers. Products that get a kicking here on TrustPilot.

And I can’t find a way to add a review on FeaturedCustomers… so I checked their about section… “ FeaturedCustomers is free for users because vendors pay us to highlight all their great customer references including case studies, success stories, customer stories, testimonials”

So it’s basically one big paid for ad site, where vendors of crap software can pay to have bogus reviews published.

A lot of potential good advice advice on CRMs, but most of case studies and indepth reviews were blocked, and despite many attempts to register through Featured Customers website over many months during 2023 there was no response or acknowledgment, despite us being an established LLP business. It is advertised as free for businesses such as ourselves to view, so disappointing, having now made a mediocre decision on a new CRM.

Upper management would not even meet with me to discuss a billing issue. Shocked by their attitude. I guess we're just a paycheck to them. BEWARE.

The small clinic I work at was looking for a software to bring the way we store and access electronic health records into the 21st century. FeaturedCustomers.com was able to introduce me to a software which would allow us to keep all of our records in a cloud based service, as well as to manage our revenue cycle and billing practices, and it seems like we are still discovering even more tasks our software can accomplish daily. Their representative was great at explaining exactly what the software could do for us in a way that a not so tech-savvy person could understand. I had an amazing experience with them and they made my purchase an easy one which I am very satisfied with.

I was able to narrow down my choices using FeaturedCustomers.com, and although it isn't really their fault, I wasn't able to find a software which was in my company's price range. It seemed like a lot of their stuff was for slightly larger companies than my small start-up. I did however have a pleasant experience throughout the process of searching.

This is the perfect tool for guiding you in the overwhelming amount of software which is on the market.

They had over 100 CRM software companies listed, which can seem overwhelming, but they were able to narrow it down to the 4 that fit my company the best. Once it was down to those 4 I was put in contact with the companies and was able to get access to demos which ultimately led to my decision. A great website with great customer service.

This website is a great tool to see how software companies stack up against each other, and really helps the smaller companies, which are sometimes more suitable to a small business’s needs, shine alongside the larger well established ones. The Case Studies and Testimonials were really helpful for getting an idea of exactly what the companies do, and how they can be applied to my business.

Their site is very easy to navigate, and their extensive catalog of software companies is second to none. I was immediately able to find their EHR section and within hours of filling out a contact form I heard back from them. I would recommend this site for any healthcare company looking to find the right EHR software for them!

Featured Customers is the best resource to have when you start your search for new software. Their site makes it easy to base your choice off of past user’s reviews, company case studies, and testimonials. Their customer service is great and they put me in touch with two companies I would’ve never been aware of without them. They knew how to find the best companies to fit my small business needs.

This website is great for finding the right software for your company in today’s overpopulated software market.

There are so many good software companies out there, but FeaturedCustomers.com really helps to guide you to the right one for the company and job you are looking for. Their catalog is extensive and their customer service is great.

The site was easy to use and had tons of case studies and testimonials from real life software users from many well known companies that helped me narrow down my search for an expense management software that fit my company’s needs. The website also gave me access to many software vendors I had never heard of which was a good thing as I wanted to compare 3 different vendors. I already bookmarked the site for the next time I need to buy software.
