They steal your money twice and over charge your account for more then what the sneakers cost and they don't send you the sneakers you order so please as a word of advise please don't order from them febbuy.com you have no way to call them and the email they have no one never responds to you disputing with my bank now to get my money back so if they did it to me they will do it to anyone. So make sure to get ya'll money back even if it's with your credit card company or bank account

I'm a #sneakerhead and I tried to purchase from the febbuy.com site, I was charged twice and didn't receive anything. My bank said they charged my account from somewhere in Singapore... I've tried emailing the customer service with no response. It's a SCAM!

Absolute scam. Like everyone else, money taken, no tracking, no response, no product. Needs to be shutdown.

I bought a paid of shoes from them back in November and never received anything. $110.00 down the drain. no response from customer service even wrote a letter to the address listed on the site and it was returned and invalid address!

So sorry I gave them my money. This site is a total scam. I sent numerous emails and no response. They were quick to respond to take my money. Im trying to get the FBI involved. They said I would have a tracking number within 3 days. Yeah right. I have some property I wanna sell you near the meadowlands. DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK ITS A BOT.
