Worst service and products. No audit before they send out the item to you. I would not even give this service a 1/5 but I have to give something to be able to give a rating to warn others. My ornament was damage on one side the clear wrap they cover the ornament was wrinkled and actually destroyed the image on one side. They asked for many pictures to evaluate only to be told it was in good condition. It is hard to believe. This company does not care about product standard, or customer service. Take a pass it's not worth it.

I bought a poster, I received it wrinkled thru out the poster and they said it was fine I even took pictures and sent it to them, they said they would give me 10% refund for the damage, it should be replaced or a full refund, I will never buy from you again, the worst

They scammed me as well.
I bought sneakers from them, never received them.
I am trying to get my money back from the bank...
They are theifs.

I ordered a pair of shoes, I was given a track number at expresset.com, it ended up with a delivery exception.
No answer to emails.

I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES, DEDUCTED 2 X ON MY PAYPAL. NO NEWS ON MY ORDERS, NO ORDER CONFIRMATIONS. I EMAIL THEM BACK, AND NO REPLY

Scammers !! Don't get cought on this, money paid but the order never been shipped ! Provides fake tracking numbers ! Creating new email addresses that wouldn't be possible to get in touch with them. Reported to Paypal hoping they gonna close your business. People don't get ripped !
