I have used Federal DirectTax Services for the last two tax seasons and I have been very satisfied with the total business package that is available to beginning tax preparers. The Tech support is fantastic, the educational programs are tops, and there is always a live voice on the end of their phone. And John just loves for me to call about help on a K-1 or a depreciation schedule for a prize pig that I am stumpted on. I would reccommed them highly.

In all my years of getting my taxes done, I have never had such an easier process. I switched to Federal Direct Tax Services and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get my taxes done right and fast. If I had a problem, all I had to do is call them and they answered all my questions and made me feel as if I was a part of their family. My taxes were done quickly and even though my identity had been stolen, they helped me through the whole process. I will never go back to the old trick or treat process.

I was skeptical of signing with a tax company because many companies promise quick service and support and often times it is more marketing than actual performance. I always feel FD helps me with all of my customer issues and believe the pricing is fair and reasonable,

The people have always been friendly, supportive, and always on top of their game. My staff know they can ask questions and always feel they get what they need to support the customer.

In retrospect i kick myself for not having done this sooner but i am glad i did sign up and look forward to growing the business.
