Being in business myself
Being in business myself, I judge another business based on customer support and no matter when I call, even with the simplest question Federal Direct answers promptly and efficiently. The training materials and webinars are A+ and after doing extensive research on other companies nobody can compare to them, they (other companies) just want you to purchase their software and then leave you, Federal Direct is a full-service partnership and goes beyond the others hands-down.

Donna, I am sorry for our delay, your PC and peripheral hardware went out on Monday via UPS ground and should be arriving within a few days. I will email you the specific tracking info now and follow up with you via phone as well. No excuses, but what happened is our IT dept has been a little short staffed this month due to our usual installer being out for the birth of a new baby. Usually the this process takes around 2 weeks to source the PC, get it shipped to us and loaded up and then shipped out to you, and I do apologize that your took longer. If I am not able to reach you please feel free to contact me directly, Joe Rogers, and I would be happy to provide more details or help in any way.

Hajaj, I am sorry that you feel our services are too expensive. We do have considerable lower cost options for starting a tax business, but they do require sign up well prior to mid January of the current tax season. We strive to make sure that all fees are laid out for you in advance and transparent, so you can make an educated and calculated decision on if you would like to work with us. I notice you signed up with us, then asked for a refunded, which we issued to you. You then signed back up again. so I am wondering if you are perhaps lumping together both of your licensing payments when you are looking at the cost of working with us... I would be more than happy to discuss your cost concerns, and will give you a call shortly to follow up on this.
