5 star to the apartment
5 star to the apartment, its was very clean and tidy. Everything was provided, beyond expectation. The host was clear about the property in his listing and he is well experienced in this industry. Clean linen and towels provided. He communicated very well and was always available over the phone. We stayed many other apartments in the area but they are not as clean as this one.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Simone was easy to communicate with and replied very quickly. The price of the property was reasonable and well matched - it was clean and comfortable.
The property my colleagues stayed in was perfect for contractors as parking was readily available in several different areas, and just a very short walk from the property.

Exceptional Stay in Birmingham! I recently spent a delightful weekend at Simone’s place in Birmingham, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice wee living space for the weekend, plenty of appliances and easy to follow instructions to get in and out. Nice and close to local attractions and for a very reasonable price.

Perfect stay at a Cozy gem!
I had a fantastic stay. The location is great, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities you need. The bed was super comfortable, and the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and local treats made it extra special.
The host was amazing, providing great recommendations and always available for questions. I highly recommend this and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
