FEDEX continues to drop the ball

FEDEX continues to drop the ball. I sent a package to yesterday to be delivered today (12/03/2021) and the package never arrived. Their customer representatives I came in contact each had a different story to tell. They (Customer Service) are not sincere, they lie just to get rid of the call. Fedex is not the same FEDEX company I knew once, where they were realible and trustworthy. I will avoid using these clowns for future shipping. They don't care and this is why FEDEX is no longer #1

FedEx is a horrible delivery company…

Let me start by saying FedEx is horrible delivery system and company they did not deliver an item I ordered immediately after I got a text saying that I received it which I didn't I started calling them over and over and over at the end of the day they accepted they lost it gave me a claim number confirmation number after couple of weeks they send me a letter saying that they were not willing to accept fault and I needed more proof what proof the delivery was supposed to be delivered here at my job a place of business a free-standing building nothing shady we have cameras and security proof that nothing was delivered... Now I'm stuck being forced to pay for something I did not receive horrible horrible FedEx should get zero Stars

I would give zero but

I would give zero but, that’s not an option. They are the worst delivery company bar none. They are liars and their tracking information is full of crap. I ordered something via reverb and the item was sent via FedEx. It was supposed to be here on the 23rd but it didn’t make it on time so, On the Fedex tracking it said delayed due to (incorrect address) which is a complete and utter lie since the address was hundred percent accurate. I now know that (incorrect address) is code for (I cannot be bothered to deliver it today because I have so many other orders so I’ll deliver it when I feel like it) so they update tracking to the following day… still no show but, this time it shows delivery address corrected. That’s Convenient isn’t it? Yknow… since the address was correct to begin with. So then FedEx changes the status to the next business day which at this point is the weekend and for some reason they didn’t include Monday. Anyways it’s Tuesday (today) and I wait again …it says (out for delivery) as it always does and low and behold it’s now been changed to Wednesday. Pathetic. I understand it’s a crazy time of year with Christmas coming up and even more crazy things like Covid but, let’s be real here. FedEx.. stop making excuses. Terrible service… terrible. Avoid.

Note : in between all of this I am trying to contact them also. Nothing…

FedEx Still Charging for Express Delivery Knowing They Can't Deliver In The Time scale

Fedex Have delivered late every time this month, they are still willing to charge there clients for the Express service, knowing full well that they can not deliver in the time scales that they promise. The Indian call centre has a technical issue (all day) I have rang them 3 times today, and they can't help, We have 1 consignment stuck in Belgium for 4 days so far and one that has taken 7 days and still in China..... I have asked to speak to a manager, where I was told managers don't take calls..... We often spend more money on deliveries itself, than the cost of the product...... I have had no communication back from Fedex at ALL!! We spend thousands a month with them every month. The customer service is
non-existent, I can't believe the service we have had and are still being given. We have another consignment to go out tomorrow and they are still saying to our Chinese agent, that can do a express service and are happy to except the money.... Today we opened a new account up with another courier. UK account manger that speaks English, direct email and direct telephone number already provided.

Not sure I know any other company with…

Not sure I know any other company with zero 5 stars and so many 1 stars.
Seems they don't ever look on here to see how bad they are - How can a CEO/MD have so little care for paying customers. People should stop using - My delivery date is today and still showing in Dartford and no idea when will be delivered - I thought Hermes and Yodel were bad but these are the pits - should not be in business. You know when the company is so bad, when they do not have a complaints team due to them having so many of them. Lets see what the driver advises when he received the package for delivery( (if it ever turns up)

fed ex is the worst delivery service

fed ex is the worst delivery service. using the tracking number on a package does not help much. i had a scheduled delivery due november 30 2021. it was 'updated" by fed ex to november 26 2021. no package arrived. i was advised late november 26 2021 that it would arrive november 27 2021. then the tracking informed me no such tracking number existed. then i was informed it was scheduled to be delivered november 28 2021. november 28th arrives and lo and behold its now scheduled for november 29th 2021. and the real kicker is its been sitting in a fed ex facility less than an hour from my home! for 3 days now. and each update says 'on fed ex vehicle out for delivery! they are worse than the usps.

LIED as i have CCTV to PROVE they did NOT arrive !

Waited ALL day to then ring them up to be told they had attempted to deliver!¬ Well i know ALL LIES!! I have CCTV & an ALARM on my drive . I have had trouble with these people before ,but under their other name TNT!!! Maybe they will think twice about LYING as i am sure MANY will have CCTV these days . 1 star is FAR to many.. It should be MINUS 110 stars !!!!

FedEx is the worst

I have been waiting for a delivery from the west coast to New York State for 13 days now. It is not a huge parcel, it’s 50 page hard cover photo book. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my friend. When you call FedEx, they make no attempt to explain or apologize. I would not buy anything from companies that use FedEx anymore, especially if it’s time sensitive.

They Threw My Tree!!!

I ordered a Christmas tree to be delivered. Not only did they not deliver it to my porch (it ended up on the sidewalk between me and my neighbor), but they THREW it. It is a 6" tree with glass bulbs, and they threw it. I'm lucky more bulbs didn't get broken.

On a lesser note, they didn't knock. If I hadn't been near the window to witness the mess in the first place, anyone could have grabbed it like a briefcase and walks off with it.

I paid for express shipping from Europe to the USA, waiting 17 days. Come on 17days! There is no one to talk ask or help.
UPS is Late too but not like FedEx.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. A driver to deliver my UK passport just took a picture in front of my flat door and reported he wasnt able to deliver. I could see him standing in front and running away. Fedex has only a virtual machine, no chat working and the support desk says they cant help with UK Home office passports delivery. Awful situation with a lazy driver. So much automation and tracking for nothing. Useless. 25min on phone trying to speak with someone 03456080630

Grim

Purchased next day delivery for an important gift for a family member.

Did not arrive and when chased was clear they couldn't care less. 4, yes 4 days later the parcel was still showing as stuck in their network and when speaking to customer services, they blamed it on integration with TNT.

Not good enough.

Its been a very bad experience through…

Its been a very bad experience through delivery of the parcel. Customer service talking rudely, not giving proper response and even dont value for the customer. Keep delaying with the service and its annoying me. I dont know what kind of company it is. 😡😡😡

Incompetent people and processes

Incompetent people and processes. I was away so thought send to my local collection site easy.

Email says it’s delivered to my home ? Odd as it’s not tootle off to the collection site.. he has my parcel but needs I’d and collection QR code. The email has neither okay he says I’ll trigger it again. Get the email black space for qr code and code that does not work. Can’t give me the parcel so after hours of digging into there rubbish maze of a website I get the nasty live chat (the cust ser numbers are dead just says number does not exist). All very helpful until I want some resolution , can’t redirect can’t send me code directly.. driver needs to drive out and rescan ?? Odd clearly a cock up being covered up. Frankly a disgrace for a company and hide there incompetence in process and non customer centricity. The circle of hell has a playmate for Hermes and these guys playing tag

Sorry another stat to add to the 95% of bad reviews

Sorry, here is yet another bad review to add to the already 95% already shown.

Fedex has held my passport in their Southampton 'station' for over a month, without informing me. They made ONE attempt, but never got to my house as they 'ran out of time' It went back into the system and no re-scheduled delivery was made. I only found out about this after speaking to the Passport Office and having to wait 1hr 46 mins for them to answer. A further 55 mins I had to wait for FEDEX to answer to which I was told that they would 'attempt' another delivery. They said it has been rescheduled for Mon 15th - today - but no delivery. On the tracking page they have now rescheduled it again stating that the delivery is CRITICAL ! Why the Passport uses them is beyond me. An American company to boot. Don't we have a UK sourced company who I am sure can give a better service!!

Can't Follow Simple Instructions

Put a clearly hand printed, large sign on the exterior garage wall that faces the driveway and the street that reads, 'DO LEAVE BOXES HERE. PLEASE PUT THEM ON THE PORCH,' with an arrow clearly pointing in the direction of the porch. The porch is easily accessible. It has a ramp. It is visible from the street so there's no threat of harm to the driver. Why, then, was the package put under the sign on the driveway and not on the porch. In the delivery notice I received in my email it says it was put on the porch. Nope. It wasn't. I have a photograph. I may stop doing business with companies that use FedEx because their delivery folks can't seem to follow clear, simple instructions.

Quit using this bull-***t Company. Take a good look at the reviews here and make your customers happy by finding a better way. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them and it does no good to complain.
