Useless

Useless. Drivers are to lazy to open a door and put package in lobby instead they leave it on the front step of a downtown apartment building! Guess what it stolen!! No wonder they have an 85% bad review rating

snail mail attitude

Lisa Lisson needs to fire staff,look at her CX reports, or resign. Front line is: rude , incompetent. August order never left the Woodbridge FedEx warehouse. It was returned to sender without a delivery attempt to the shipping address. Customer service phone system is 1990's where it isn't programmed to understand "customer service" means transfer to a representative.

Package not safe-dropped, despite duty already having been paid. Customer service was no help.

I waited all day for a package that we needed for the weekend. My husband paid the duties, so the package should have been able to have been safe-dropped. I had to leave at 3:55 to pick up my husband at work. The package arrived at 4:10 and was not safe-dropped, but returned to the depot across town because the delivery person didn't know or didn't care to check that the duty was already paid.
We phoned customer service, but after getting past their automated system (which does not work at all), and speaking to two agents (who didn't have the power to do anything), we were no further ahead. Now, we will not have our needed package for the weekend and there is nothing we can do about it, except to complain.

they cant even deliver a package to my address with you a handful of excuses and lies. this is the most grotesque and abhorant company ive ever seen.. next time im having something delivered id rather wait for canada post to take a month or longer and at least get it right before these clowns

Where supposed to deliver on Aug 01 in…

Where supposed to deliver on Aug 01 in the morning, then changed to 5pm, then my package returned to the station, placed again in truck on Aug 02 to deliver in morning, changed again to 5 pm, returned to station.. On Aug 03 still at station according to their system with no delivery date anymore. When called, was told that i will receive a text message within 24 hours to now which day they will deliver! (Aug 4? Aug 5? December?) I live in Montreal, not a remote or obscure place.
They cannot say WHERE is my package or WHEN will they deliver.
My guess is that they LOST or even STOLE my package (phone) and circle around. Am losing TIME and MONEY in the meantime.
Advised all my corporate clients NOT to use FEdex as they are by far , not only INCOMPETENT but not straight (read honest) with their customers.

FEDEX IS THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!

I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with fedex.
My question: What does your computer system think my city is called.
CP changed the name of our mailing address city 10 years ago from one township name to another.
NOW, my address is NOT in the system.
I spoke with 4 agents. ONE of whom had sufficient grasp of the english language to understand the situation. The rest of them insisted I provide a tracking number before they could find out whether my city was in the system as "X" or "Y".
NEWSFLASH: I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER UNTIL THEY HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!!!
Fedex does not have the ability to figure out a way through this problem of their own creation.
For some reason, I am asking for the moon on a plate when I ask them to verify which city their stupid system thinks I'm in.
I finally found out, that due to CP's impulsive decision to change the name of our area, Fedex can deliver just UP the road from me and JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM ME, BUT NOT TO ME.

YOU SUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!

Oh!!! The automated system is a NIGHTMARE!! It is A DOZEN phonecalls pressing various buttons in order to speak with an agent.
I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EEEEEVVVVVEEEEERRRRRR USE FEDEX EEEEEVVVVEEERRRR!!!!
I have instructed my supplier to ship using anthropomorphized animals from Beatrix Potter and kindergarteners as this is a more reliable service.

Pating customs duties..

Pating customs duties... Paid online and they still cannot deliver to my address. Package travelled all the way from Latvia but they cannot send it to me after duties paid... I have to spend gas to go to their location (38Km). Worst shipping company ever. Makes me vomit only when I see their logo...
You cannot talk to a human being, I guess they are fedup taking crap from customers...

The impossibly frustrating experience that is FedEx

I have attempted to pay duties on 2 packages recently, and both times have been horrible. The "pay duties online" option hasn't worked for months, and when I try to call, the virtual assistant seems to be running on voice recognition software from the stone age. Once I finally manage to choose the option I want, most of the time it tries to redirect me to the website and then hangs up. On top of this, FedEx has the audacity to mail me reminders with deadlines even though I have tried many times to pay the fees. I have attempted to find a number to contact a real employee but everything leads back to the virtual assistant. Why any company chooses FedEx as the only shipping option is so beyond me that the universe can hardly expand fast enough to contain my astronomical unbelief of this horrible company's existence. The arrow in the FedEx logo must represent all hope of an enjoyable experience being shot down like a deer in bow hunting season.

I had my brothers birthday present sent…

I had my brothers birthday present sent to me with a two day delivery date. Fedex changed the date on the receipt from Friday to Monday at 8pm; my brothers birthday is on Sunday. If I wanted snail mail I would have used Canada Post.
To top it all off I waited all day Friday for the package.

03/13/2023 I sent a package with things from Toronto to California, delivery was supposed to be in a day. Upon receipt of the parcel was visually without visible damage. But when opened, the clothes were cut with a knife or scissors. They tried to open the parcel either at the border or by staff working at Fedex. This is the worst delivery company ever. Most incompetent courier company ever

Most incompetent delivery people / customer service people / courier company I have ever dealt with, anywhere in the world. Packages which they claim were 'undeliverable' despite delivering other packages to me before, were DESTROYED by this company. Beautiful mosaic lamps from Turkey. I & the sender were out that money. They then tried to bill me a FEE for this chicanery! LOL If this happens to you, IGNORE the threats you get from them. Refuse to pay these criminals any fees for packages they haven't delivered.

I always tell companies that if they offer no shipping options to FedEx to cancel my order. Do this every time you place an online order. If enough of us boycott them, they will eventually notice their profits plummeting.

Pathetic Company

There is no option to give them less than a star, so I am giving them 1 as a formality. These people don't have a customer happiness policy. I regret choosing this company. Uncooperative staff, pathetic service. They delayed my package for almost 4 days, before delivering, and didn't bother to contact my brother who was traveling to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and had to carry that with him.
The delivery guys came and left because my brother was not at home. My brother went there facility in Corman Park, SK, asking them that I have a flight to catch and I can pick up my parcel from your delivery people from anywhere on the way. But without understanding the situation, The staff did not cooperate.
I hope, I don't get a chance to use their services again.

Medical test delayed TWICE

What an appalling courier service. We have had two blood tests (with priority delivery) delayed in transit to Toronto from Saskatoon, meaning they couldn't be used by the medical facility upon arrival. We are now on our third attempt. Fed Ex should be ashamed. Even their chat is useless. Apparently shifting blame to a third party yet it's their decision to use a third party. Can't be trusted, this is a really important medical test and nobody seems to want to help.

Fedex has failed delivery several times on several packages.

Fedex has messed up the last 4 deliveries and all within a month. The first was a delivery that required a signature so arrangements were made, plans cancelled and money paid to ensure someone was at my house to sign for the delivery. The package was out for delivery and a notice sent but for some reason the driver elected not to deliver it and the package was back at the depot before 2 pm that day costing me time and money. They lost a package for my husband last week and this week they have failed to complete a delivery on two separate days with notices saying the package was out for delivery. They'll say it was weather related and I totally understand the initial delay with my package but when they fail twice with the package on the truck it's not weather related. Plus the weather on both delivery notice days was good and I never experiences any driving issues so definitely not weather related. An operations manager reached out to me by text regarding the complaint I filed about the signature required delivery fail. I gave him a time he could call me to discuss it and he never did. I also texted him about the recent 2 failed deliveries and that was ignored as well. Fedex is definitely the WORST delivery service right now. I highly recommend staying away and if a business uses them ask for a different method of delivery if you EVER want to get your items.

One star is one too many. My package has been stuck in MI for 5 days. I’ve called customer service over and over, get a different answer each time and still no package. Half the time the links on their web site don’t work. Blah!!

Fed ex lies to their own customer service

So 1 star is way to good for this company, they have had my package for over a week now. When I do get customer service they are told the reason I don't have my package is because they can't get ahold of me. Lies as I have not recieved one call, email or even one of those slips saying they tried to deliver. I stayed home for 4 days and no attempted delivery or any attempt to contact me. You can't call them, so I'll just wait til they return it to where I purchaced it.

Ordered an open box 43" TV

Ordered an open box 43" TV. I live in an apartment. Got a notice about delivery with a day but no time. FedEx works 8-5 in my town. So I sat at the front door of my building from 8 to about 10:45 went back up for a coffee, and when I came back down they had come, left a slip saying they would try again tomorrow. Whatever, I missed them, I'd go back down tomorrow at about 10:50 and wait since they seem to come around then for my buidling. They had come at 10, my TV was being held across town, and I dont drive hence the DELIVERY, so I said return it. Nobody tried to have another delivery attempt made, just "sorry sir". You expect me to just sit at my damn building door for 6 hours? Horrible experience. I've ordered larger items from Purolator and they've given a rough time frame without issue. You're no better than canada post.
