The document that i sent via fedex from Sweden to the Philippines got lost. I need it sent ASaP and it was planned to be delivered in 4 days but didn't arrived to its destination. I’ve now waited two full days for my package from FedEx without receiving it. On Friday, they claimed they couldn’t deliver it because the sender (from Italy) had written “Ä-stergatan” instead of “Östergatan” — due to the lack of Swedish letters in their system.
Today, Monday, at 3:30 PM, FedEx told me the package would now arrive tomorrow. That means I’ve had to stay home two days in a row for no reason, just waiting.
What’s even more frustrating is that they had both my phone number and email address, yet they only informed me late in the afternoon on both days. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and no willingness to communicate properly.

FedEx lies about arrival dates & times. I received an email on Tuesday March 4 that my package will arrive on Friday March 7 before 22:00. On Friday, I received an email saying that my package will arrive between 10:50–14:50 so I canceled my plans for the entire day, at 15:30, I received an email that restored the delivery time to ”before 22:00”.
Literally at 15:40, I received an email stating that the delivery date & time was postponed to MONDAY MARCH 10 BEFORE 22:00.
I immediately contacted a customer support in English and she spoke at light speed while I barely could catch up with a few words in which she asked for my name and package tracking number, and expressed the urgency of getting this package delivered asap. She created a support ticket for me and I figured out a bit late that this light speed speaker said that they will contact me on MONDAY 11:00 to continue the process.
ALSO, WHAT KIND OF A GLOBAL SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OPEN MINIMUM 3 HOURS ON WEEKENDS

It also went 'missing' until I asked for their claims department, following which it reappeared.

They didn't come to our house but pretended they did, magically the parcel is the same day on the other side of Sweden according to their own tracking.
They hand it over to a trusted 3rd party for delivery, though they themselves DONT KNOW who that trusted 3rd party is. All tracking ceases to work.

Just got a message again my package is delayed because of weather. It's 38° and no snow or rain. It's everything I get a delivery from fedex. Last time it was delayed it took 4 more days. And they put it in my mailbox which is illegal and sent me a picture of someone else's steps

"Fedex International Priority" Which fedex say is a service for "urgent" matters absolute scam it says it will be delivered in 1-3 buisness days. My package came to my city after 4 days and was released by customs, so there was NOTHING stopping them from getting it out to me today. I called their customer service (which by the way is almost impossible to reach, you have to get through an AI that really dosen't wanna put you forward, and then you get to a international fedex worker who asks you 100 questions and finally sends you to the local worker). I told the local worker that nothing stopped them from getting me my package and that i needed it early today, so in case the package did not ship out for some reason i was willing to take a 30 min drive to the airport to personally pick the package up, he told me he would look into it. I waited an hour and then called again, got through to another guy who said he would write the terminal a message telling them i either would go and get it myself or it would be shipped out. I waited another hour and called and got through to a girl who told me they had sent the package to another company that would bring the package to me late in the evening. The problem is i work very early and therefore sleep early so i probably won't be available to collect the package (THE VERY REASON WHY I INSISTED I COULD COME AND GE THE PACKAGE IF THEY COULDN'T GET IT OUT IN THE MORNING". I called the other company and offered to come pick it up from them now while i still can and they refused. So now it will probably be sent pack tomorrow after i probably miss the delivery and they have to reschedule everything. PLEASEE STOP using those idiots.

They expected more money for their "administrative fee" and their absolut heinous work than for the actual customs. Horrible company. Absolutely horrible. If companies use FedEx as a service I avoid them like the plague. Probably the worst service and experience I have ever had with delivery services and the others have been far from great. You have to actually try to be this exceptionally bad and greedy.

Dear FedEx,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a shipment that I was supposed to receive through your services.
My package with tracking number [770076124103] was scheduled for delivery, but I have yet to receive it. According to your tracking information, you claim that a delivery attempt was made and we was not home, but this is blatantly false. I have surveillance at my address, and there is no evidence that your driver ever stopped by.
I have tried contacting your customer service numerous times, but it has been impossible to get through. I have waited on hold for hours without success.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Your lack of service and false claims about delivery attempts are unacceptable.
I demand an immediate clarification on the whereabouts of my package and when I can expect to receive it.
Going forward, I will avoid using FedEx services and will discourage others from doing the same. I will also refrain from purchasing from companies that use FedEx as a carrier.

Just one word: terrifying. They always claim they tried delivering unsuccessfully, but it's clearly fake because they never call the mobile number you have given them repeatedly. So it takes always multiple attempts to get anything delivered (if you are lucky that they simply do not send it back), and every time it's like they have never been to that address. Not to mention the customer service, which is completely useless since they never seem to pass your info to the drivers.
Very bad delivery hours
Dellivery time during work hours.. ofcourse i cant recieve it, how i am suposed to do it, i am not at home. Driver do not call, just leaves. AI customer service, website and APP is trash. Help of a real person is barely helpful with some sort of dialect that is hard to understand what he is saying. Trash delivery company, should be closed.
FedEx is a Joke and Useless
FedEx has proven to be the most incompetent delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My package is now over two weeks late from the original delivery date, and it’s still nowhere to be found. Why? Because their drivers are either lost or too lazy to complete a basic delivery task.
To make matters worse, there’s zero communication. They refuse to call or notify when the driver is near, citing some ridiculous excuse about not having an “agreement” for that. What kind of service is this?
The company I purchased from paid FedEx to deliver my item, and what do they get? Nothing. What do I get? Wasted time, frustration, and still no package.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s complete negligence. Avoid FedEx at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, a waste of time and money.
