I have tried the product and I was very happy with the results

Been buying my facial serum from this company for 10 years. Always promptly sent out and delivered super quickly!
Highly recommended.

The are scammers. Their reply on trust pilot are face wash only. I wish I could write a reply to their reply. They are true scammers. They send wrong item and they would want you to arrange for any sending back and relevant charges. The actual product becomes much more expensive. Their solutions are good for nothing.

Was worried when I read the reviews. I have ordered 5 times and had no trouble at all, in fact they have arrived very quickly. Product is good too

I have still not received an order made and paid for in February. I have sent two email emails to them and received no reply and the email address shown on trust pilot is invalid & having tried sending the emails to the other email address shown on trust pilot i
these have just be returned to me as undeliverable. There is no contact telephone number so I have no idea how I am meant to get a response regarding the order I have made and paid for and not received.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY 😡😡

After reading bad reviews, just wanted to let you all know that I received my purchase very quickly.

I haven't tried the product yet so cannot comment on that but no problems with payment and delivery.

Clear scam. No items arrived, no reply from customer service. Fake Royal Mail tracking number.

Feedmebeauty is a scam! Do not patronize them. I ordered for products on October 3, 2023 and paid for next day delivery (I live outside the UK and needed the product before leaving). The items never got delivered and all effort to reach feedmebeauty has proved abortive as no one is responding to my emails. Royal mail could not confirm the tracking number i received from feedmebeauty

finally received confirmation that will be refunded product sent back on receipt in original packaging 2/12.
Had to struggle to get this refund and pay £7 to return. No apology. No explanation for reluctance to deal with in timely fashion.
I have used online services before - Lookfantastic stands out for quibble free refund and courteous behaviour.

Ordered and paid for products. They never arrived. Ive been backwards and forwards between Royal Mail and Feedmebeauty. I want a refund or the products sent. I bought as a present and the celebration has gone. Appalled!!

The product I bought from the Feed me Beauty website never arrived, Customer service was dismissive and incredibly frustrating as they had no interest in my concerns. Thankfully I paid through Paypal and they got my money back. Do not buy from this website!
