Used to be a great service after Covid disrupted supply chains

Used to be a great service post Covid. No delivery charges, super quick. Now, not good at all. Deliveries are regularly delayed or it’s a lucky dip as to when it will turn up. I used to order and receive the next day and even sometimes a Saturday morning so never had to worry. Now my dogs run out of food regularly. Phone calls also go unanswered. I’d happily pay for an overnight delivery or pay standard for a guaranteed 3 day service for peace of mind. Maybe it’s their courier provider? Who knows, but I won’t be using them again going forward.

Hey Sarah, sorry for the late reply we don't use trustpilot so had missed this feedback but we would have loved the opportunity to look in to this and see if we could help/ improve at the time. We still process our orders super fast, but we agree that the couriers aren't as fast as they used to be - unfortuntaley there's not much we can do to influence what happens once orders leave our warehouse (we have tried!). I'm also suprised/ gutted to hear we didn't answer our phones - our customer service is usually exceptional. We're a local team so generally are only available during business hours, but if you left a message or send an email it would be rare for us to take more than 1-2 busines hours to get back to you. Apologies if this wasn't the experience you had and thank you for your feedback - we'll take this onboard and see if there is anything we can do to improve.
