Poor packaging
Purchased a gift boxed present. When it arrived it was obvious the packaging this company use is not sufficient to withstand delivery process. The gift box was ripped and smashed. Provided photo evidence to company. Got a £3 refund and was offered full refund if I returned item. Little time to do this as postal strikes before Christmas. Disappointed as if packed properly would have been fine.

Just as described, quick delivery at a demanding time
This was only the second time I had used Etsy, and the 1st for this supplier. The scarf is beautiful just as in the photo online. It arrived quickly, and beautifully packaged. I'm sure my sister is going to love it.
