Read the other review beneath mine because my experience was the same. At checkout, they say you can add another bear for $4.95. So I did but ended up with a whole separate order and it cost me $20, not $4.95. I ordered on November 28th. It’s December 5th and none have shipped yet.They lie about standard shipping being 7-10 days. On their FAQ page, it says 15-21 days or longer. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance. They claim to be in the US but I don’t believe that either. I don’t recommend doing business with them. Lesson learned. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Hidden extra charges
Was very disappointed with this website. Saw a TikTok toy. Went to order and it came up with ‘add a second toy for $4.95’. I click it, and without any further confirmation it has charged my credit card but added an additional lot of shipping on and tax (bring up to $20 usd).
They do reply eventually when contacted but refuse refunds - very dodgy website. Would not use again.
