I originally decided to try CBD to help with my sleeping troubles. I found that the oil certainly relaxes me and reduces anxiety. The biggest surprise benefit for me was its impact on recovery after long runs, something I hadn't expected.

My wife also uses it now and her skin has improved ever since. A couple of times she stopped and her skin became worse.

My son uses cbd oil for his adhd and anxiety. It definitely reduces some of his problems and the teachers can see an improvement in his behaviour and then learning because of it

I’ve tried many other brands of CBD oil but this is the best. For me it’s a powerful anti inflammatory, helps with sleep (longer term) & helps me fight off colds/viruses. I take it up to 3 x per day, 8 to 12 drops. If I feel a cold coming I drink 1ltre of water & take 10 drops of CBD, it works!
