Only half of the ordered item was delivered. Initial contact received no response. A second follow-up a week later, advising that Trading Standards would be contacted, prompted a response citing delivery issues.
A return was then agreed with a full refund. The items were collected over a week ago, yet no refund has been issued.
Based on this experience, the company’s communication and after-sales handling have been unacceptable and unprofessional.
