Poor service from start to finish.

Poor service from start to finish.
Only half of the ordered item was delivered. Initial contact received no response. A second follow-up a week later, advising that Trading Standards would be contacted, prompted a response citing delivery issues.

A return was then agreed with a full refund. The items were collected over a week ago, yet no refund has been issued.

Based on this experience, the company’s communication and after-sales handling have been unacceptable and unprofessional.

Aviary's look good but they don't last

Aviary's look good but they don't last. We have had our aviary with extension for 10 months. The wire mesh rusts which could cause illness to birds. The wood is so soft that clearly you would need to replace these aviaries every few years as the birds pecking them actually looks like a rabbit has chewed through the whole aviary. These are budgies and finches. Had to make another main pole as they had destroyed that to the point that it broke in half, plus all the perches.
I have pictures if anyone wants to contact me. I have emailed them about this as surely they should have some sort of guarantee? I haven't had a reply. To finish off the catches are so flimsy that after 10 months some how the door came open and I lost 7 birds, I always check all the catches. Expensive mistake if buying these aviaries as they are not fit for purpose. Stay clear. They look pretty but that's about it.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Avoid! Bought a bike tent from them with a 1 year guarantee, within that year the cover started to split and holes were appearing. Surprise surprise, guess what isn't covered by the guarantee even though their website says the covers have a 1 year guarantee and won't split or crack. When I emailed the company asking for a replacement they blocked me. Using an alternative email they don't reply. Absolute joke of a company and substandard goods. Reporting to Trading Standards as well. Genuine buyer, my initial review is on their website (red bike) Shame I have to give 1* as they deserve less.

Statement isn't true about guaranteed delivery

99% guaranteed delivery next day + £3.99 for delivery = 2 day's late !!!

So crossed with the poor customer service,not trying to solve the issue ,not trying for a customer.
Shame . Won't be using it again.

Update - contact lenses arrived ATER 3 DAYS (Saturday late afternoon).
Unhappy with all experience and customer service.

(Dear Feel Good - Couldn't do earlier update due to personal reasons.
Feel good removed my previous opinion/post was saying isn't genuine).

Rapid respose and everything is good!

Initially I thought they had delivered the wrong part and got in touch through their online web form.

That was at maybe 7pm. By the time I woke up this morning at 6am I had a respone.

It is now 7:50 am and eveything is sorted !

If I could put below 1 I would AVOID

EDIT: After ALOT of emails back & forth, eventually after sending photo & video evidence of the hutch not being fit for purpose & not useable a refund was agreed. They collected the hutch and refunded in full.

It should not be this hard to resolve issues. Very poor quality hutch. Glad it was eventually sorted.

If I could put below 1, I would! Ordered a rabbit hutch, it arrived with a damaged part to start with. They replaced that. We also bought an extension for the hutch. It does not join onto the Hutch as it should, It is useless. We have contacted them via Facebook email and left messages on voicemail to be totally ignored.

We are now left out of pocket with an unusable rabbit hutch.

I purchased the wrong car cover and had to return back this was in the winter but customers service was superb cant fault this company they helped me out so much and thanks again highly recommended to all my family and friends 👍 😀

Goods arrived with broken packaging

Goods arrived with broken packaging. Parts were missing because they put in to one of those press to seal bags all the nuts and bolts and some metal components, so the seal breaks open. Add the damaged box and you've lost parts.
Asked to have the parts replaced, along with the wrong supplied 8mm socket for all the 10mm nuts, and the RUSTY (yes really) component, and they want to the whole thing put back into the broken box and sent back!
As a customer we want the item. So for the sake of a few parts they want it all back! And you have to message them heaven forbid they allow you to have a phone number!
Well HOW is that customer service?
So I've tried to put a note on their FB page and YOU CANNOT! Their privacy settings don't allow you to!
For a £3M turnover they aren't good at customer care at all! What company things it's a nice thing to do to give a refund than fix the problems. AWFUL.
And then we could get to the flimsy construction and such ....
I'd add pictures but I can't see how to! :(

Steer clear Utterly Useless

Steer clear. Got a hutch of this make which seemed ok, soft wood like many say but ok. Ordered an extension Still not received our hutch extension that we ordered in March. It’s been shipped twice apparently, yet never arrived. Tracking numbers never work, customer service is non existent, no one uses a name or leaves a phone number. Utterly useless company. Wish we had bought an Omlet run as this house will not last a year.

Death hutch

I bought this hutch in November. I initially found it rather flimsy but had no major issues. However, this morning I found my child's rabbit dead in the hutch after it got its head trapped between the ladder and the side of the cage overnight. This is clearly a very significant design flaw and this hutch should not be being sold. I have informed the company and I hope that it will either be taken off the market or undergo redesign. In its current design, DO NOT buy it! It is a death trap.

AVOID !

We have purchased several hutches from Feel Good UK
The quality has been getting worse and worse, the wood used is very soft so animals can easily chew throught it. The roof are made of a few thin blocks of wood with very thin wood sheets on top, then the felt. They practically collapse after time, dangerous if you have foxes nearby. The most recent huches we purchased have changed in design in a way that allow rain to pour into the hutch !!! They also really increased prices . We emailed them, never got a reply, and we note that thye have stopped displaying any phone number on the website, wonder why .....

I purchased a rabbit hutch and cover…

I purchased a rabbit hutch and cover from Feel Good UK. Within a week and a half, my rabbits had nearly chewed through the front panel which held the wire grid, this would have made the hutch useless. I emailed them and they told me it was my rabbit's fault and nothing to do with the cheap wood they used. After persuasion from Amazon, they arranged to collect the hutch as long as it was packaged up. They never came for the first collection date but did on the second. they then closed my claim without a refund. It took amazon two weeks to reclaim my refund with their A to Z guarantee as they had difficulty with Feel Good UK responding to them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I went to Pets at Home and I have had their cage for over a month and not one chew mark.

Great Response to Issue

Ordered a (inexpensive) polytunnel from these guys. We had it sitting around for a few months before we put it up, and then noticed that the door panel was missing some velcro strips.

That would have been annoying but I emailed Feel Good out of hours on a Monday evening, had a reply by 9:30 the next morning and a replacement door arrived the next day, no questions asked.

Any problems like that are quickly forgotten when they're put right so quickly and easily.
