Such an exceptional customer service! Despite me being a bit of a pain wanting to change my online order I’ve received a response very promptly and thanks to that I was able to resolve the situation (or rather, the staff did!). The plant arrived the day after the changes have been made and I’m beyond happy with it - packed with great care and looks very healthy, just as beautiful as on the pictures. I would highly recommend shopping with Feels Like Home, i for one will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you so very much 🥰

I've been shopping here since the very beginning of lockdown in 2020. I wish I could give "feels like home" more stars! The service, quality and customer care have been exceptional. You can tell the owners really do have a passion for the plants that they sell and care for, rather than just doing it for the profit. There's often discounts and competitions too, which is a nice way to "earn" more plants 😏
Ironically this place is starting to feel like home. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And no longer do I have to order rare plants online and worry about shipping, because now I can buy them local 😀
If your reading this and haven't bought anything from Feels like home yet, I really do recon you should give it a try, you won't be disappointed. You will probably end up coming back again and again like I have been 😆

This is an absolutely beautiful shop. The owner is so knowledgeable. I went in with a place to put a plant and she found one to fit that was manageable with my experience. Lots of choice for every budget.
I have spent a fortune on the most beautiful plants and I am not stopping yet.

After finding the shop on Instagram I made a visit with a friend when retailers were allowed to reopen, the ladies were really friendly and welcoming. The plants were amazing, lush and in great condition. I came away with 3 news houseplants for my collection. A second visit is definitely needed!

Feels Like Home are just amazing - I can’t recommend them highly enough! I’ve bought several plants from them over the course of a year and they have never disappointed. Every plant has been strong and healthy, sensibly priced and delivered by hand even though I’m a few miles from the shop. They are lovely, helpful people who love plants and are hugely knowledgeable - you can’t go wrong buying houseplants from them. I love them so much I told all my plant-loving friends about them and they too have all had wonderful experiences with them. Easily my favourite shop in Sheffield - thank you so much, Feels Like Home, I’m a customer for life!

Best plant shop ever! Marie and Marc are so lovely and super helpful. Always keen to offer advice for the best plant for a certain spot or plant care for each of their plants. Beautiful selection of plants and pots! Literally couldn't praise this business anymore. Thankyou for being so lovely and feeding my plant addiction!

1. My order was initially delivered to a wrong address. The person who received it popped it at my door. The box has already been opened and I was a bit disappointed, very terrible, no delivery tracking too. One of the 4 plants has one leaf snapped (Pilea peperomides mojito). They offered me 10% off for my next order instead.

2. They sent me a Variegated peace lily that the variegation is barely seen, very different from what is shown on their website. I asked 15% refund for this but was delined, they want me to return the plant, that’s a double trouble., hence the 2 stars.

Had a couple of orders from Feels Like Home. They are brilliant. All the plants I've received have been top quality and still going strong. They arrived by courier in great condition and very well packaged. The customer service is also fantastic. Love Feels Like Home. Would highly recommend.
