Thought I was buying round laces but…
Thought I was buying round laces but turned out I ordered flat laces. I contacted customer services by email to change the order before dispatch. A while later the laces appeared shortly followed by an email from cs saying my email was to no avail.

Great communication, received email to confirm order and when posted. Also received email from Royal Mail to confirm expected delivery from Denmark. Order received 7days after order placed. Would definitely order from again
