All is well. except.....

All is well. Except your web site doesn't say my order is from Europe, please make it clear. Don't use the word "experience" that's just clap trap, just use the word "purchase".

Not able track item, long time from postage to delivery, as I had to buy same item from another supplier which arrived in 3 day's, it bit waste money but needed long laces
