I bought a couple of cords a week ago, as no notification came to me thinking I hadn’t made the purchase and I did it again. I was withheld from the bank the amount of the two pairs of cords but they did not reach me and I did not receive any mail either. I have tried to get in touch and no emails are answered.

My order took over 2 months and had to get reordered

Never receive my order after 1,5 month and impossible to have any answer from the customer service of the company after 5 messages. Not serious!
I'm angry

I ordered shoelaces on 12-21-20 and have not received and as of 1-13-21. I sent two emails without any response. I do not know what to do. I guess I should have known better than to trust any company that has email-only customer service. If they do not email me back soon I will have my credit card refuse payment.

The item came ahead of schedule and I was able to pay using paypal. Easy to use website with lots of filters.

Purchased two pairs of laces on September 19, 2020. Paid $2.99 for the "priority delivery". As of October 14, 2020, I still have not received my items. Their website claims to deliver within 10 business days after shipping. Well folks, thats obviously a lie. I have used their "Contact Us" email method to get a status update over 5 times. I received one response about two weeks ago stating, "wait another week and if it doesn't come in let us know". Well, did that. No response at all from the subsequent 4 emails.

UPDATE 10-24-2020: A representative from the company has responded and my order was refunded. They apologized for the issue and even offered to resend the order. I really appreciate the response and gestures of good faith. Even good companies have a bad day.

The ordering process was simple and easy. I got exactly what I wanted. The shipping time was a bit protracted probably due to COVID 19 issues, but when I e mailed Feetunique I received a quick response giving me the situation as they understood it. Laces finally arrived and are exactly what I needed!!

A small issue with my order initially but well compensate for! Thanks, I'd order again from Feetuniqueshop.
