Easy to find the neon pink shoelaces that I wanted. They arrived within a week of ordering. Finding fun shoelaces is not easy -I tried several retail outlets without luck. So glad to have found this site!

My first purchase was made on the US web site, with prices in USD $...my second purchase was made on the canadian web site, in CAD $...The values are the same on both web sites only the currencies are different. That means I have overpaid my first purchase as USD$ is higher than CAD $....

I didn't get what I wanted and am having difficulty understanding what or how I need to return the items.

Very happy with my purchase! It's hard finding laces long enough, let alone ones with different colors. Even old ladies like me like to jazz things up a bit! And the order arrived promptly!
