Usel kundservice och bluff

Tog nästan en månad för varan att komma fram. Efter 17 dagar vad jag dom häva köper för det ska inte ta så lång tid. Kundtjänsten är under all kritik och väljer att meddela att dom kommer skicka det. Jag ber om en retursedel, får inget svar. Leveransen ska vara 1-3 dagar, med PostNord och från ett lager i Sverige. Leveransen tog 9 dagar och skickades inte från ett lager i Sverige utan från Tyskland. Lovades en gratis gåva vid köp som aldrig kom. Mejlade om det också men får inte svar. Hävdas vara rivsäkra och vattentåliga spelkort men dom är inte bra kvalitet alls.

Har pausat betalning genom klarna för leveransen inte är komplett samt att kundtjänst aldrig svarar.

Har anmält till Konsumentverket.

Känns som ett riktigt bluff-företag.
