Product doesn’t work at all. Worse still, some of them leak and create a smell that will terrify your pet and poison the air in your home. Company do not respond to negative feedback & don’t honour their refund pledge. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!
I purchased 3 dog diffusers and 3 refills second half of September, on the basis of the seller's offer on its website of 'money back' guarantee if no satisfied after 30 days. After the initial 30 day period I contacted the seller enquiring about a refund because the diffusers had had no effect on my dogs, same problems with marking indoors and excessive barking as before I started using the diffusers. Initially seller responded with a couple of emails asking questions about how I was using the diffusers. I replied to both emails explaining that I had used the diffusers correctly (I've had had dogs for 16 years and used other diffusers in the past), and that as I had used the diffusers for more than 30 days with 0 effects I was requesting a refund. The seller has not provided a refund and has stopped replying to my repeated messages. Beware this is a scam.
