Waiting a full month

Waiting a full month, still no product that I paid for. Lots of their emails though pretending they care. Just deliver on what you promise and there would be no need for 50 emails with shipping promises and updates with zero tracking. They seem scammy to me. I made a mistake. I'd advise buying products from more reputable companies.

The flushing from rosacea is so…

The flushing from rosacea is so embarassing. My face gets bright red at random times and people always ask if I'm okay. I'm on prescription medication now and the episodes are less intense.

They are a scam

They are a scam! Don’t ever buy these products. You don’t have an option to cancel subscriptions or even contact them. They took three payments from me without even giving me one item ! They don’t even have a customer service number to call! They don’t have an option to cancel subscription online for that we have to email them and they don’t respond to those emails so they just keep taking ur money without giving u even a single product !

I've tried so many products for my rosacea over the years. What finaly worked was simplifying my routine and using only gentle, fragrence free products. My skin barrier is much healthier now.

Order not received

Ordered raised nearly 3 weeks ago and still does not even be in any kind of ship status. Have managed to get through to customer services by raising a ticket, but just seemed to get a basic response telling me to wait. If I’m honest I cannot be confident I will get my order, and unsure how to request a refund of monies paid.

Thank you for the response from Lisa, which I have had previously different times from different staff.

I am now waiting for a real time update on what has happened with my order, and when the process is expected to go live and then a true expectation of delivery time.

The courier has shown status of “expecting package” for over 2 weeks.

Must thank Mariana who did pick up on my ticket and dedicated their time to follow up on what had happened. Sorted out the issues with customs and I have received my goods today.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. I have not received my order and the messages received back from the company are useless. I have handed this over to my bank to deal with, as I’ve also been made aware (only from the bank!) that this is a recurring order, which was absolutely not clear when ordering the item. Scammers.

FELINE SKINCARE "Blackmail"

I put bad reviews up here. I could not get a refund from Feline. Eventually, Feline agreed to give a refund ONLY when I agreed to delete the bad reviews. I now want to make it clear to be very careful. Firstly, it is very difficult to get a response,
secondly, to get your money back and thirdly, to deal with a coherent organised administration in there.

The accusation of BLACKMAIL is irony at its best. There is a "Warning" on Trust Pilot for breach of guidelines and fake reviews relative to Feline.

My consumer legislative rights to a refund were denied for goods received "not fit for purpose". After weeks, Feline agreed a refund ONLY if I withdrew the negative reviews. It is my opinion, that Feline's behaviour falls more into the dictionary definition of "Blackmail" than I do as a Consumer.

Feline's responses are pure procrastination which show no empathy for either consumers nor consumer rights. Here's to Trust Pilot, a beacon for Consumers.

I was suppose to receive two bottles

I was suppose to receive two bottles, only received one. When I let the company know nothing was done about it. The melasma corrector only made my melasma worse. I am waiting for a refund. I would never order from them again. You have been warned.

I've had rosacea for about 5 years now…

I've had rosacea for about 5 years now and its been a journy figuring out what works. Spicy food and alcohol are huge triggers for me. When I avoid those, my flare ups are much less frequent.

The worst company

The worst company! (no stars)
Unclear you are subscribing. Impossible to unsubscribe on their website. Request to unsubscribe takes weeks (still waiting!) won’t refund and stop delivery expect you to wait to receive product and then return it to them (within 30days) yet the product takes 30days to arrive! (Still waiting!) unprofessional, unhelpful - never will buy from them again!

Still haven’t received the rosacea…

Still haven’t received the rosacea cream it has been 2 weeks since order in that time I have received 20plus emails either promoting other items or just saying “it’s nearly dispatched or some such rubbish and when telling them I had not received my order they petulantly replied I should allow time for it to arrive. Am about to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Not amused.

I got the Rosacea cream but it didn’t…

I got the Rosacea cream but it didn’t work. I emailed and was told to continue for 8-12 weeks. Not happy as no improvement still and I am being very consistent with application. I emailed again after reading poor reviews on return process and was instantly told money would be applied in credit on my account. Can’t complain with that.
