My cats are a little "senior" so they don't jump around like they did when they were younger. I customized a special cat tree. They sent me pictures and videos of the product as it was being made, and again of the final product before it was shipped, which allowed me to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted and made installation easy.

I was impressed with their customer service and commitment to creating a quality product.

I ordered the All-in-one solid cat wood cat tree after spending hours online trying to find an appropriate tree for our outdoor, covered catio that also has larger platforms suitable for larger cats. The cat tree is listed as an outdoor cat tree both in the product description and when googling outdoor cat trees but it is clearly not intended for outdoor use. It arrived with no assembly instructions and missing 3/4 of the slats (4 out of 18 needed) for one of the main cat cubbies, such that it can't be used. There is no phone number listed to contact so I emailed their support contact and utilized the live chat function both multiple times over days and have still not received a reply. Thankfully my cat daddy is handy and was able to put it together without the instructions and will be able to cut our own wood slats to eventually finish out the slatted cubby. Very disappointing response.

Item arrived very damaged. Several of the plank boards were either cracked of split in half. The parts that weren’t completely damaged had defects. The Merchant was only willing to refund if product was returned. The quote I got to ship it back to China was more than double what the item was purchased for. The quality and durability of the cat furniture I received is flimsy and cheap. They were very hard to get in touch with and is making the refund process extremely difficult.

I love the solid wood cat tree from Felivecal. It also looks great in my house.
Since we bought it, the kitten has become very confident climbing up and down without falling over. They are legitimate experts at harnessing the cat tree.
