Die Klingen garantieren durch den gleichmäßigen und dichten Faserverlauf der Mikrostruktur im Stahl Flexibilität, Korrosionsbeständigkeit und hohe Schnitthaltigkeit. Ein FELIX-Messer durchläuft ca. 45 Arbeitsschritte, bis es das Werk verlässt. Die meisten davon von Hand. Das komplexe Wissen um traditionelle Fertigung und die präzise Verarbeitung sind in jedem FELIX-Messer sichtbar. Vor allem aber sind sie fühlbar.
