Really impressed with the service received from Shaun at Felix travel, first time customer I stumbled across the company on Facebook. I found the whole process with Shaun really helpful and knowledgeable throughout my enquiry and he was extremely efficient in answering questions from 9am to 9pm he was on hand answering my questions. I was originally considering another travel company with a larger review base Magicbreaks but from my initial contact with Shaun and his service the speed in his response was just superior.
