Just returned from a trip booked with felix holidays to Dubai,Phuket & Singapore, everything ran well from decent hotels & flights with Emirates, great deal & will use them again.

I dealt with Trevor who was so prompt and so helpful. I booked Disneyland Paris for 5 people because of him as it was so straight forward and hassle free. I just gave all my details and he came back to me with all the travel information and price within the same day. I would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Last year i found felix travels on Facebook and saw that they had deals on for disneyland that included flights and hotel. I booked it with trevor who guided me through every step of the way and was always there when i had a question. We stayed at explorers hotel which was brilliant and very close to the disney parks.

Felix travels are a great company and really make sure that you are reassured. Trevor is very friendly and I will be going back to him for my future trips.

We Booked a holiday to Florida in July got to hotel booked in only 2 rooms booked instead of 3 got that sorted had to pay £614 resort tax went to rooms absolute disgrace they where so mucky no bedding in one room had friends staying in a villa they came and took 4 of them to villa checked out of 2 rooms that night my wife and I had to stay booked next day felix did not help us one bit we payed £2690
For other rooms out of our money and too this day max has promised the refund 4 times we have not received one penny back avoid this company like the plague

Where to start?
We’ve booked our holiday to Maldives in January with Max Jones (departure in November).
The whole booking process was very quick and smooth, Max found a great deal with good price.
The stressful part started when I’ve made my last payment in September and after 2 weeks, I was hoping that company will contact me and send all the travel documents but it didn’t happen.
I’ve reached out to Max myself and started chasing for all the documents.
I was told that due to flight times changing, I will need to pay extra money for the new flight time.
Just letting you know that price you pay, might not be the final price and extra charges can occur.
Our initial flights meant to be to Dubai and then transfer to Maldives but Max offered another flight options- with Turkish airlines to Istanbul and then Maldives as transfer time there would much shorter than in Dubai.
I was doubtful if 2hrs to Maldives and 1hr to London on the way back would be enough but he reassured me that it will be ok, so we’ve agreed to that.
Flights to Maldives via Istanbul was smooth and easy, also couldn’t fault Turkish airlines.
When arrived in Male airport, representative from Bandos hotel already was waiting for us and we straight went by speed boat to island and in less than 20min we’ve reached the paradise 🌴
Bandos hotel was lovely, not to mention how amazingly beautiful was the whole island.
We’ve spent the best week of our lives there.
Our way back home was not that smooth, flight from Maldives was delayed by 30min and even though we still landed on time in Istanbul, we were stuck in the plane for another 20min due to no parking space for the plane.
Some Turkish Airlines representative was waiting for all of us who supposed to fly to London Heathrow as we only got 40min left to get on another plane.
Those who been in Istanbul airport, knows how huge it is and we were running like crazy but my oh my, we were late and gates were closed.
So be mindful, if you have 1hr for transfer, it’s not enough if any delays.
Turkish Airlines provided with the new flight tickets and next flight was only next morning, so we stuck for a whole night in Istanbul.
Again, thanks to Turkish Airlines for the excellent service, they provided a shuttle to Ramada hotel, as soon as we’ve arrived there, they served a nice dinner and provided us with a spacious room and bed. All costs were covered by them.
So, we have arrived in London day later than expected and had to pay 1day extra for our parking ticket - 31.80£
Just to summarise this all - I had a few stressful days whilst chasing our travel documents and paying some extra money £138,- per person extra but overall, the total price was still cheaper comparing to other companies holiday packages and it was so worth as I’ve mentioned before, we had the best holiday week there ever.
Would I book another holiday with Felix Holiday? Yes, I would and I would contact directly to Max Jones again.
I hope my experience will help others.
My suggestion to Felix Holidays- it would be great if you would contact your customers as soon as possible after you have received the full payment, and not vice versa, customer should not chase you, customer should not prove to you that payments are done in full, this would definitely improve your service if you add a bit more professional touch and get everything beforehand.

One of the worst companys to get a refund back, waited over 1 year and have been ignored or told the same thing over and over again.. one agent begged me to remove my review and would send me my refund asap which was 3 months ago .. avoid this company

Bryan was so helpful with the purchase of this holiday and if I had problems he had no hesitation in helping me.

Shaun was very patient and we asked him to price a few holidays up, he was happy to help each time, we booked Disneyland Paris and everything went smoothly, highly recommend Shaun

I booked holiday to Iceland with Shaun @ Felix. I was cautious at first because of the very reasonable price & paying online. Scam company, takes your money and then week of the holiday demand almost an extra 1k on top to release the tickets. They are now refusing to refund the cost of the holiday or give the tickets they have been paid in full for . Avoid this company and book with a company who have integrity and morals . Do not lose money by booking here .
