I was in line for the chat from 13.40 today to ask about becoming a customer. At first it said I was 3rd in line. After about 1h it said '9 min left'. 1 more hour and it said 1 min. That minute lasted for 20 minutes then the chat closed. I'm quite happy I didn't switch to fello.

I had a 70kr/month subscription. While moving home and country my August bill got lost in an ocean of admin mails. A month later that bill was in the hands of Intrum, an infamous debt collector which happily added a immediate premium. By the time I paid fello, Intrum had registered a case with Kronofogden, which in turn added another 900 kr on top, leading to a 1450 kr bill in less than 2 month!! That's a 2000% increase, or a 12000% yearly interest rate. Even by mafia standard this is a bit much.

I have the exact same problem. The minute I left Sweden, my network was gone and I cannot use the phone at all, not even for calling and text messages!!! I did also make sure that Roaming was included and that I obviously does not work either.
Customer for over a year and customer service is terrible. Deactivated invoicing due to predatory charges added by Fello to my monthly bill. Now they won't reactivate out of country internet surf which is free and included in the service. Horrible company the worst customer service.

My SIM card doesn't work and it says "SIM not provisioned" on the phone even if number still says it's active on my fello account. Furthermore, my unused surfing data also dissapears from my account. So I can't use my number to make/ receive calls, browsing on the internet and everything. This is so dissapointing because all Fello could offer was sending me a new SIM card which still means that I won't be able to use my number until the new SIM card arrives.

Bad connection outside of sweden, to high prices if you compare to ex hallon where you can get 100 gb for same price as fellos 30 Gb ....

Really bad service, cut my data while abroad without information under 72 hours, did not reestablish the data automatically.
The customer service told that they probably sent an sms while my network was already cut (... so helpful of them).
