Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a €27 screen protector on February 11. When the package finally arrived two weeks later, I was asked to pay an extra €30 in import taxes because it was shipped from outside the EU, something that was never clearly communicated at checkout. I refused the package and it was returned.
It has now been weeks, and I still haven’t received a refund. Customer support is slow and unhelpful, only asking for a tracking number that I was never given, since the return was handled by the postal service after refusal.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. No product, no refund, no proper support.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering here.
