I don't usually review cat items, but our Feltcave is so beloved by one of our kitties I have to recommend it. Of our 2 young cats, one has no interest but the other will spend most of the day in her cave, feeling warm and safe. She goes in cycles - won't use it for a couple of months, and then for a month or so she's in there every day. So it might be a bit of a gamble re: whether a given cat takes to it or not, but if they do, prepare for it to become their second home!

Never received the product and no way to contact the company.

I placed my order November 9th. I still have not received my order. I tried to email the company and apparently the company has closed. I checked the website, it is no longer there.

August 2023, I placed an order for 2 feltcaves, but never received them. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and after several unsuccessful attempts to recover my money directly from feltcave, PayPal refunded me. I was hoping (naively) that it was just a fluke, so on October 29, 2023, I placed another order directly with my credit card unfortunately. The item has never shipped, and any attempts to contact them via email results in bounce back messages. I’ve even reached out on Instagram direct messages and on their posts. I was willing to give them a second shot because they had a decent trust pilot score and I know a lot of cat owners who have purchased before. Now I’m going to have to go through the hassle of calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Speedy delivery and beautifully made. Our kitten loved cuddling inside it for the first few weeks. Is ignoring it now which is the only reason for the 4 rating.

Great product! My cats jumped right in! I had to buy a second one to stop the fighting! Quality is excellent I just wish it came with a pad for inside as my cats are old and need extra some comfort.

Kitties love their cuddly beds. They even play hide-and-seek in them.

We have two feltcaves for our 4-year-old Siamese. He just loves them! He is a rescue cat, abandoned in the wild. Initially very timid so his caves were his safe, happy place. They helped him adjust more easily to his new forever home. And he looks extra handsome in his black & white cave that coordinates perfectly with his coloring. 😹

I ordered one back on May 5th, 2023 and returned it within the same week; my cat did not like it. The tracking number showed it made it back to their warehouse about two weeks later, but it took a really long time to verify it was fit for a refund despite it being sent back in perfect condition. When I finally received confirmation that my return has been processed, it never showed up in my account even after the 5-7 business day processing time. I went through the process of reaching out to customer support or or three times afterwards and I've been sent two seperate refund notifications but never had my account credited with the refund. There haven't been and aren't any pending transactions in my account. It's now August and I still haven't received my money back and now they don't even bother replying to me. I don't know why my refund hasn't been received yet other than that fact it was never actually processed like you claimed it was. The wait has been ridiculously long and interacting with customer service has been frustrating. Total ripoff.

Easy to order. Package arrived on time.

Our discriminating taste big boy 2 year old cat is very fussy about what he selects to play with. He goes wild over the fabric and treats the mice like real mice. He loves them but the poor mice get destroyed and so we keep getting more. Our gentle little girl meows the same meow that a cat meows when bringing home a real mouse. The are both indoor cats but that instinct is there.

My cat just loves the mice he plays with them then puts them in his water dish Thay last a long time before he pulls them apart.

My cats love the felt caves, I had to get a second one cause it was so popular.

Simple to order. Prompt delivery. My kitten loves her cave, although she prefers to sleep on top of it, rather than inside it. The felt mouse is a hit. Splendid all ‘round.

My cat loves the felt mouse and she was immediately intrigued by the felt cave when it arrived. She cannot wait to get inside, but she must wait the full hour for set up. The felt feels like very good quality and the grey looks lovely.
