As a newbie female entrepreneur I’ve found FFR so insightful and have been loving both the online content and the in person events. Couldn’t recommend it more!

FFR is a fantastic group dedicated to supporting female founders scale and grow their businesses. The Exit and Beyond event I attended last week was amazing. In particular, I was blown away by the depth of experience on the speaker panel of exited female founders. It was so inspiring to see business women of this calibre and experience. I also met a wonderful array of women with all manner of exciting businesses who I've been in contact with following the event. Will definitely attend a future event!

I'd love to experience FFR like other reviews seem to. I booked and paid to go to an event that was then rescheduled due to tube strikes. Completely understandable. The issue came with refusing to refund my ticket .. I have a job from which I had to take time off, so I can't just go to other events, which are all Thursday mornings. This has simply left a bad taste, which is really unfortunate as I was quite excited to discover this community.

One of the best, warmest, most honest and diverse female business groups that I have had the pleasure to come across. Keep shining. Keep fighting the good fight! Absolutely loved the last newsletter and Dan's words in it.

Essential community for female founders - especially if you're just starting out and your friends and family don't understand what you're doing! Excellent networking and events, supportive community, high value masterclasses and learning opportunities for female founders at every stage.

I’ve been a member of FFR almost since its inception. I’ve dipped in and out due to my own circumstances but have always been able to rely on it for exceptional advice and resources around running a business, as well as many other important topics that sit outside of that. It has grown significantly since the start and rightly so, as it is a place where you can find other likeminded women for support, advice, business opportunities and general camaraderie. Huge kudos to the wonderful Emmie who has built this to what it is.

Honestly one of the best communities I've found since starting my business. The friendships are real, the support is genuine, and I've built work relationships I'm really proud of. If you're a founder looking for a community that actually shows up for you, this is it!

This community encourages a generous spirit, where founders support and promote each other. It's a refreshing approach to networking.

I attended my first FFR event last night and was more than impressed with the speakers as well as the attendees I had a chance to meet. It was authentic, refreshing and inspiring. I look forward to future events!

18 months in and I can’t speak highly enough of Female Founders Rise. TLDR: there is no downside to this community.
In a startup world buried in hype and hustle, FFR is rare: human, joyful and radical in its optimism. No gatekeeping. It is built around women without ever feeling cliquey or dumbed down, and that matters more than I can say as a solo female tech founder.
The connections I’ve made are lasting. From my Raise cohort, I now have a WhatsApp group with two fellow founders. A year on, we’re still voice-noting each other most days. Having proper, unvarnished, truthful peers to check in with is a lifeline.
Emmie’s energy and authenticity set the tone. Dan Bowyer is a gem too: frank, wry and compassionate, with a completely open VC perspective. Exactly what I needed.
When it is genuinely hard not to lose hope as a woman founder, FFR gives it back.
Wholeheartedly recommended.

I started working with Female Founders Rise in 2023 and have been an active member ever since. I’ve been inspired by the incredible way they have scaled as an entrepreneurial community filled with members with generous minds. Emmie and the phenomenal team put so much thought and care into every detail. It is magic seeing women move from isolation to collaborative empowerment. Members are so kind and supportive. Emmie has built a really strong culture and community.

This was a fantastic accelerator to be part of. I gained so much from the programme and raised a healthy F&F round ahead of a pre-seed priced round. Thanks to Emmie, Dan, and Lea for the excellent structure and content taking us through building a pitch deck and pitching to investors. It built my foundation for the fundraise and boosted my confidence to succeed! Thank you!
I first came across Female Founders Rise through their LinkedIn posting challenge, and I'll be honest — I struggled with it at the time. But something made me go back to it, and when I did, it clicked. I now post regularly and actually know why I am posting and what i'm posting, with my clear goals insight.
From there I went on to join Cohort 6 of the Raise accelerator, which has been brilliant. It gave me a real understanding of what investors are looking for — the kind of insight you cannot get from just reading about it. That has genuinely changed how I approach things.
What I did not expect was how much the community and the in-person events would matter. Being in a room with other female founders who are going through the same thing has done wonders for my confidence. I came away from every event feeling more ready to get out there and back myself.
The people behind it make all the difference too. Emmie, Dan, Lèa, and Shakira are brilliant — helpful, warm, and genuinely invested in seeing you succeed. You never feel like just another founder on a programme.
If you are a female founder at any stage of your raise, FFR is worth it.
Love the community focus, radical generosity and bespoke programming of this network! Founder values through and through
I've been a member of FFR's B2B chapter for well over a year now, and it's consistently been such a great resource. The network is amazing, everyone is always helping each other, and the in-person events always leave me feeling energised as the vibe is just always so friendly and supportive. I've also gained new client work and formed fantastic partnerships, so it's been a valuable practical resource for my business too.
I can't recommend FFR more highly, a great network, essential resources and events that you don't want to leave,
I have been a proud member of the Female Founders Rise community since early last year, and joining their cohort program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made on my founding journey.
The depth and quality of information you walk away with from the cohort alone is truly powerful. It’s the kind of knowledge that shifts your perspective and accelerates your growth in ways you simply don’t find elsewhere.
What truly sets Female Founders Rise apart is the ecosystem they’ve built around their members. From regular networking events that connect you with other incredible female founders, to expertly curated masterclasses, every touchpoint is designed to be impactful and actionable. It’s groundbreaking, and I don’t use that word lightly.
If you are a female founder who is looking for a community that genuinely invests in your success, look no further. I cannot recommend Female Founders Rise enough, they have been an absolute game changer in my journey, and I will champion them every chance I get.
The most inspiring group of women led by the most supportive group of women. The connections made via FFR have led to investment, speaking opportunities, media coverage, partnerships, friendships and a few hangovers! The positive ripple effects from FFR spread far and wide. I can’t recommend Emmie and her team highly enough!
