I’m so glad I came across Female Invest and decided to give it a go. Not only did I learn a lot about investing (and started my own investment journey), I also learned and became more aware of man... See more

I would not have started my investment journey without watching the webinar with Deborah Meaden and Female Invest. I really started taking charge of my money and I have not looked back. I have learnt so much from the many tutorials on the app and I have a much better understanding of what I need to do to gain financial independence
Amazing platform with a wealth of information advice and support. Lots of learning without trying to wade through the collosal amount of conflicting and not very helpful advice online. Would highly recommend, well worth it. Well done ladies for the fantastic job you're doing to close the financial gender gap 👏 👍
Just signed up. Felt they were genuine authentic women. Listened to their webinar and I am very impressed.
My first webinar on Learn to Invest with DM and I learnt something today and I will work on it to start or take my first step in investing.
It has been so exciting, so well explained. I encourage you so much to continue doing this, because you will have a great impact in women’s life and their daughters’ and sons’. I can only be so much grateful.
The information was excellent. They were so relatable and easy to understand.
I attended a Female Invest webinar with guest speaker; Deborah Meaden.
I had little expectations but came away feeling inspired and motivated to start investing!
The key message for me was to invest every month.
Both speakers were so passionate about helping fellow females to understand and gain momentum in the world of investing which was incredibly refreshing. Thank you for everything that you do!
Clear, concise and easy to understand. I already invest but joining today was a no brainer
The whole ethos of Female Invest is about empowering women and harnessing the power of women to become financially independent and to able to change the world. I still don't fully understand investing, after watching the webinar BUT the app is a safe learning environment
Joined a webinar run by Female Invest...great session to help understand more about investing. If you are new to investment, don't know where to start then this is a really helpful first step.
The information given in the app is great, I have no complains about the contents and how empowering it is. My issue is that, when joining the free trial, they say they will send you a reminder two days before it ends. It also says the same in the FAQs. I receive a lot of emails so I missed the reminder, so in that sense I accept it is my responsibility. However, they should have the option of reimbursing the money if you are not sure, especially after the free trial, or having more options than the yearly subscription, as it is a lot of money. I know I'm not getting the money back, I'm just frustrated as this is A LOT of money, and you can clearly understand that if we are looking to improve our financial health, a big chunk of money like that can have a huge impact in our monthly finances. Now I really don't think it's worth it, as it feels very business-oriented and not really caring about the female financial wellbeing.

Tried to join the free trial and was immediately charged the yearly subscription fee (£179), I've never had an account before. Trying now to get the money back but from reviews I can see this is less than likely. Had high hopes for this, but I won't use a platform that steals money from people.

I attended the Bootcamp earlier this year, and it's a brilliant introduction to what can be the confusing world of investments.
Everything is explained in a clear way; you don't need any experience or knowledge of economics. The Playvest tool on the app lets you invest a virtual sum of money, so you can test out buying and selling stocks/ETFs without risking anything.
When you come to invest, it walks you through the process step by step, so there is no guesswork.
There are regular webinars and lots of courses covering everything from pensions to how money can affect your relationships. The advice is honest and you can ask anything to the advisors and the community chat groups.
I've been recommending it to all my friends (female and male) and feel a lot happier that my money is now working for me!

The app is very ease to use. The content of the bootcamp and the lessons are very interesting and explained well. I've gained so much knowledge about investing thanks to them and done my first investments!

I listened to a webinar, must have been a year ago. I never used this service, and I was charged $ 133.26 USD for a recurring withdrawal. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I have several creditors who use this account to get payments. Their payments might not go through. I have to notify them of this issue. It is very wrong to withdraw my money without sending reminder emails, especially when I never used your service. As so many others have stated, I am disappointed in the lack of transparency with this company and its automatic deduction of my money. I want you to refund my $133.26 USD to my account and unsubscribe my account. Here's hoping you have some integrity about yourselves.

I signed up to Female Invest after attending a live webinar with Deborah Meaden. During the event, attendees were tempted with an offer and got a promotional price of £49 with absolutely no mention of an automatic annual membership renewal of £99.
A year later, here we are £99 was taken from my account without any prior warning or reminder, nearly double the original price. I have not used the app so imaging the complete shock.
For a platform that prides itself on empowering women financially, the lack of transparency around billing and pricing is sad and disappointing to say the least, and simply contradicts the values they claim to stand for.
I have contacted their support team requesting a full refund and cancellation. I will update this review based on how they handle it.
If you're considering signing up, please be aware of the hidden costs and automatic renewal and make sure to cancel well in advance if you don't intend to continue.
UPDATE: They replied the day after I contacted them. They issued a full refund, cancelled my account as requested, and confirmed they will pass my concerns on to the wider team. Their customer service was genuinely spotless. That said, my original concerns about transparency at the point of sign-up still stand, and I hope they take the feedback on board.

Edit/ update from 1 star to 3 ( would have been higher if the membership wasnt a surprise) - The company emailed me back, they have refunded the full £99 , apologised for it being in any way misleading, but explained all info was in terms and conditions. This was a happy ending . I just think if I hadn't looked through my account from another issue, I wouldn't have noticed the money taken out. I felt it was a little sneaky, but to be fair, as soon as I emailed them they rectified it. They did remind me to update this review, which again, is only fair. If I had used the app in any way , I'd have more feedback regarding it ...although Im sure its been useful for many other women. Original review: ( if you look on their FAQs page it says " no hidden charges" but doesnt say anything about rhe auto matic renewal!!! So it IS HIDDEN!!!). Signed up for a zoom, video talk with Deborah Meadon. Was encouraged to get the app. But there was a auto membership renewal of 99 pounds!!! The app was 29. There wasnt any clear instruction that there would be a automatic renewal of 99. They will say " it was in the terms and conditions" BUT THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The 1 star reviews are mostly all from the same date as the zoom video call. It was marketed as the largest zoom call of female " invester" but basically they got you to sign up and tricked you into the automatic renewal. There were THOUSANDS on the zoom video conference. So they've made millions in this auto renewal scam!!!!

I had never considered that making investments would be something that was open to me. I’m a saver, but investments seemed confusing, a world that I wasn’t part of. Earlier this year I signed up to Female Invest and slowly but surely I gained confidence and realised it was absolutely something I could do. I’ve attended the bootcamp, webinars, and read the news articles on the app, all of which have been so informative and presented in a really accessible way. Now, i’m really excited about investing and I’m not scared any more!

Lots of content, live webinars and community chat. I’ve learned so much and love this is run by women for women.

Auto renewal is knowingly set up to catch people out. Happily take money out and will have no policy of refund or cooling off. It seems a good product to start but my wife and many others I have seen do not use it regularly to justify having a subscription. This is not a trustworthy organisation.
