I placed an order and their system messed up the address and they sent it elsewhere. I reached out to the company and all I got was "wait 20 days to see if it's delivered". So, in 20 days the package that was confirmed to be delivered to another part of the State is going to magically show up in 20 days. Absolutely NO customer service at all. I was on hold for 20 minutes and they never answered the phone, I left a message and have never heard back from them. I have been a long time customer and will never give them another dime. Clearly they only want your money and could care less about you as a customer!!

This product has been a God send for me. Suffering with menopause and dryness, and all the other fun things that go along with aging I have suffered greatly until I used Femallay products. One application of vitamin e suppositories stopped the dryness, hence the bleeding stopped. Their Hemp suppositories have relieved much discomfort for me; backaches, cramps, headaches. I also use the blueberry suppositories, and they help to moisturize me as well. The teas they make are great. They make you feel great after drinking them. You can't find many places that really care about women's health. This is a family owned business that try to walk with integrity and honest. I would recommend them anytime!!!

HAS BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF. NO PRODUCT, AND NO RESPONSE. NEVER AGAIN!

Delivery took 2 months! Customer service were very unhelpful when asked to follow up on my order, they literally sent me back my own screenshot of the order details when I emailed them for info after 6 weeks of no product and no update on delivery info. So so rude! Then when my package EVENTUALLY arrived I was very very disappointed (and a little embarrassed) to see that plastered all over the outer packaging were details of what I had purchased! Discretion clearly hasn't been a side thought for this company! Anyway I'm extremely disappointed with the overall service provided by Femallay and I would neither buy their products again or recommend to others. Company could really benefit from putting themselves in the customers shoes here for a little growth!
