I absolutely loved the service, very efficient. I didn’t have to wait for too long for my product to arrive, I was expecting it to arrive on Thursday but it got to me on Tuesday. I love the quality and the backrest fitted perfectly to my chair, which was my biggest concern. Thank you for the voucher as well, looking forward to spending my 10% discount on my next purchase.

My experience with femur was the best
My experience with femia was the best. I had ordered their 5 combo but unfortunately the chair couldn’t accommodate my clients who were on the bigger side so I had to return it, but the process went really smooth, communication was absolutely clear I felt like I was being put first as a customer and for that reason I’m looking to buy more stuff from Femia. Their service is out of this world. I got my refund with no hiccups. Absolutely love them and will definitely buy from them.

As an MUA , I’ve bought a million kit bags from so many brands that either broke, tore or the quality was just not it.
I’m obsessed with the kit bag combo I got. They’re much bigger than I anticipated. The quality is out of this world.
