I am absolutely appalled at the service offered by this company. I have two complaints.
Firstly, the website makes it clear that your item will be delivered in 1-2 days if you pay for the 24 hour delivery, which I did. I placed an order on 5th February but did not receive an order confirmation, nor a despatch confirmation email. My money was taken the day after my order. I chased this by email on 9th February and received no response. I chased this again on 11th February and received an email apologising for the delay confirming the parcel would be sent out that day and received tomorrow. Simply false advertising on the website and more so, they charge extra for delivery and despite sending out my parcel late, I have not been reimbursed me for the delivery cost.
Secondly, I returned an item by recorded delivery on 19 February. I have to date received no confirmation that they have received the item and refund my money despite royal mail tracking service confirming it has been returned. I have chased this on 25th February, 1st March and today. No response received to date. I would strongly urge others to never order from this website as there is total disregard for your rights as a consumer and the customer service is absolutely shocking, the worst I have ever come across. The quality of the products is also very poor.

I purchased 2 co-ord from here recently, and I have to say the Quality is A* compared to another brand rhyming with too… there was no reviews so it was a risk, but one well worth taking, this is a honest review, they are trusted. I received my order within 2 days, will be ordering again!! Thankyou FemmeCouture.
