Same as other comments. Poor quality and when I asked for a refund despite their site saying that you’d receive a 100% full refund, they only offered 30%. I’ve reported them to the FTC. You should too if you’ve ordered and had an issue.
Clothes are not as described nor as pictured. The material is different than described. The company ask that a customer respond in 7 days to get a refund. I attempted immediately and for several days without a response. When I emailed for another time and quoted their 24-response time frame, I got an answer back from them saying they did send me an email, which is a lie. There's no electronic evidence. As well as they asked if I would accept 30 Percent of the full amount of purchase with a "please" attached. I am returning all items in pristine condition knowing I won't get reimbursed on return shipping, but they also want me to eat 70% of the cost of the merchandise. This company is all bad news, obviously located in China, dishonest, and obviously scamming people with their "lack of" return policy.
