Our returns service is automated your return was approved immediately I have checked and an email was sent 24th January at 8.20am GMT which should have contained all information to make your return .
If you didn't receive this , you could have reached out to us via email as you have previously and we would have rectified this straight away for you.

Never have I wanted to buy every single item of clothing from one brand before... usually there's always something that I don't like but FEMSS have absolutely nailed it with their collection. Every item is 10/10 for quality... my favourites are the cami tops, the material is so thick it covers my body perfectly and makes me feel so confident, even without a bra!
