If I could give them 6 stars I would. I ordered a custom shade, and unfortunately when the lampshade arrived, the the dimensions I had chosen really didn't look right on the lamp base. Despite this being entirely my fault, I emailed them asking for advice on the correct dimensions, and the possibility of a partial refund to go towards the new shade. They gave me a VERY generous discount AND spent 15 minutes talking through the new shade dimensions with me on the phone (shoutout Gail).

This is the type of customer service you just never seem to get these days. Personal, helpful, generous. I am absolutely a customer for life now.

I just received my new shade and couldn't be more pleased! I love that I was able to customize replacing an old shade. Same measurements but far better looks. I love that I got to select the color and texture. Bravo!

Simply the best! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Excellent communication and customer service! The quality of work is at the highest level of perfection. Quite fast for custom work. The COM shades add a final accent that really pull a room together.

I ordered this lamp shade on Amazon for a reasonable price. It arrived early! It was wrapped in a large plastic bag and double boxed! The shade is beautiful! It is a simple white drum shade with attention to the details. Nice fabric & trim. It is perfect for my mid-century lamp. I am 100% happy with this purchase. Thank you!

I purchase lamp shades through Home Depot. The shades were very nice quality and color. They have given my old lamps a new look. They also arrive as reported.

Excellent, expedient service from start to finish. I ordered two custom matching shades, which was really easy to do on their web site. They arrived in less than a week! And they're gorgeous; beautifully crafted. I'm more than pleased and will definitely order again from Fenchel when I need shades.
