Good product, poor delivery.

Our second order of windows with this company proved to be problematic. We ordered 6 regular white PVC units in mid September. Website states 3-6 weeks for delivery. After many emails, broken promises, excuses, and general prevarication, the windows eventually arrived mid December….. so nearly double the delivery time. And they were filthy, so have obviously been manufactured quite a while ago and then stored somewhere. The windows themselves are good, very happy with them. But delivery/customer service pretty bloody frustrating.
