Great start to new things

We have just come on board with Fenix and so far are very impressed. We have a building with 10 offices and the tenants have been in touch to say the internet is amazing - we normally only hear when there are problems so I'm thrilled! I think the best part (other than great internet and happy tenants!) is that every time I have called / emailed (which has been often) I have been able to speak to the same person and straight away too. Very positive start to what will hopefully be a long and harmonious relationship :-)

Good to find a telco that actually…

Good to find a telco that actually cares about their customers. Been with Fenix for a few years and never had any issues. Their customer desk always answers quickly and are always happy to help when needed. Highly recommend.
