Ik kocht een Fjälraven pet bij fenixoutdoor. Na overmaking van het geld niets meer gehoord. Herhaalde malen via mail en de contactpagina op hun site navraag gedaan naar de bestelling. Geen enkele reactie op mijn mails. Ook op mijn vraag het bedrag terug te storten om mijn rekening geen reactie gehad. Ik had eerst op trustpilot moeten kijken naar die ene ster... Advies: niets bestellen bij dit bedrijf.

I bought a Fjällräven cap from Fenix Outdoor. After transferring the money, I heard nothing more. I enquired about the order several times via email and through the contact page on their website. I received no response whatsoever to my emails. I also asked for a refund so that my account wouldn’t be debited, but received no reply to that either. I should have checked Trustpilot first and seen that one-star rating... My advice: don’t order anything from this company.

Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with affiliate Fjallraven, part of Fenix Outdoor.

I tried no less than three times to cancel an order, as I had my eye on a more expensive jacket in their range, to no avail.
Said order was then dispatched well over a week ago and still no sign of it. Leaving me out of pocket to the sum of almost £400.

You would think that in these times of financial uncertainty that Companies such as the aforementioned would at least try and put customer service first, sadly not the case for order number FW9737595537.
However should either company go bust due to the financial constraints on customers who are being undervalued, then in my utmost honest and humble opinion Fenix Outdoor will have to look directly at their customer service or lack thereof.
