You are a complete scam and fraud trying to convince elderly people to
buy a product they do not need.

Living on S.S. monthly check, made more senior price. Let you know how it is working out.
I received “Immediate Response Needed” letter that is designed to terrify and bully older people into calling and giving information to purchase unneeded insurance. This practice is abhorrent!! The letter uses language like “This NOTICE is to inform you we have been trying to contact you…about the property’s home owner insurance located at (my address) secured by **CONVENTIONAL HOME LENDER…”. If I weren’t as skeptical as I am, I could have easily been scared into calling. We all know that insurance agents are bullies and do not care about the insured. This company is corrupt.
So rude and very unprofessional with everything

The person I spoke with was super nice. However, I have coverage on my vehicle, factory coverage. So I didn't need this. I signed up for it with the understanding I would be reimbursed if I changed my mind. So I am waiting on the full refund, as promised.

Unfortunate personal reasons caused me to lose this privilege, not with the vehicle at all, just in personal life and health. Either way this company was very nice and so professional. Definitely would recommend. Transparency was so appreciated without being pressured into anything. Such a refreshing thing. I will be keeping this information and come back as they have gained a loyal new customer.
My experience was easier than expected. The mannerism and knowledge was on point. I have nothing bad to say of the person that handled this experience.
Thanks for your support
Really really helpful team over there, I just wanted to share my gratitude for this company and say that they really took care of me especially the agent Austin I spoke with on the phone he was very friendly and helped me with every single question I had 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Predatory.
Background: We received a letter from Fenix sent to our home address.
This company’s marketing is predatory. They send marketing mail via USPS deliberately written to give the impression the letter is sent from the mortgage company and stated to give a scary sense of urgency that preys on consumers.
The mortgage company is named at least twice, including prominently in the header, giving the recipient a clear suggestion the letter is being sent from the mortgage company.
Fenix is mentioned only once at the very bottom and in smaller font.
The format and font of the addressee in the header is also made to look like an official government or legal document.
This company and the people behind it are fraudsters. If they provided legit products or services they wouldn’t need to resort to such manipulation
I was frauded by you all I want my money refunded or I will contact the police.

They sent me a letter about home warranty that was clearly explicitly designed to trick a homeowner into think it was a legal requirement associated with their mortgage and could result in significant issues if a policy wasn’t in place. It was also designed to look like it was from the lender.
I already had a warranty for my car and when I receive the letter to my mail from you guys I that it was MY warranty, I did call immediately English is my second language but the Spanish line was to busy, at the end of the day, I ended up paying two deposits because I thought it was my warranty and it was expired, i did say all this info in the call. I will say I get scam will that letter.

Everything went great professional and pleasant
The representative was very nice, polite, courteous, answer all questions about the insurance policy coverage.
They sent letters to make you feel you have to immediately contact them making you believe that you are missing something or you own something.
His advertising it's deceptive
