VERY helpful. Visited Saturday with my Dad as Mum would be coming home on Sunday after her 8th hip replacement, we'd purchased a leg extender for her wheelchair some years ago from FMC and was hoping to get the same for the other side, lovely lady knew exactly what we needed and managed to track down a second one they had in stock and did us a great price. Excellent customer service with a great range of products.

I have made 2 recent trips to Fen Mobility and both times I have been greeted with enthusiasm and professional knowledge. Sara and Sonia have each provided all the help needed for my mum to make an informed choice on scooters. Being able to test drive and practise taking them apart was invaluable. Excellent team and kind communication. Thank you.

Visited to look at wheelchairs and rollators. Jo was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She listened to our requirements and showed us different models and encouraged us to try them out. I found the showroom quite a relaxing place and enjoyed looking at everything. I am looking forward to returning soon to look at the chairs. Very happy with the wheelchair purchase, good quality, comfortable and just what we’re after. Highly recommend a visit.

Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely people who work front of house. Top marks also to Kevin and Dave who treat my dad with respect when they pick up his mobility scooter for repairs.

Was made to feel so welcome and at ease, lovely staff and extremely helpful.

We were looking for a rollator for Mum to have in her car, we were greeted at the door with a friendly smile, the lady showed us several models which Mum tried out and practiced lifting into car. Great experience will definitely recommend

Hired a foldable scooter for Mum to allow her to join us for a family weekend. Excellent customer care, the staff were so friendly and informative. Highly recommend and will definitely use fen mobility again 😊

I was seeking advice before buying a mobility scooter. All the staff were most helpful and pointed out things I had not thought of. I tried a couple of models. I have not yet decided on what to buy, because of other factors to consider. I shall certainly try to make the purchase through this company.

Fen Mobility Centre have gone above and beyond my expectations. They were able to advise on suitable equipment for my Uncle’s needs. Fen Mobility Centre took demonstration models to the care home so that my Uncle could try out the new chair and wheelchair. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Communication is very good and I have been kept well informed.

From the time I made a call to the time I went in to view the chair I was interested in, the staff I spoke to and saw were so very friendly and helpful.
Gave me all the details I required and gave me the time to decide. Am very pleased with my chair which was delivered next day by two very helpful guys who positioned the chair just where I wanted, cant fault them. The chair is brilliant too

The loveliest place, I took my nan to get a walker and wheelchair and we had a lovely lady help us to choose and let us walk all around to try them out. We also tried a few chairs and we will definitely be going back to get one in a few weeks!!! Thank you so much 🩷 They deserve all the business🩷

It all started when I came suddenly disabled and I needed some help with my long awaited up coming holiday. Sonia and Jo sorted me out with a shower stool and other bits, non judgmental, extremely professional and compassionate. Everything was a fantastic price and the service was faultless.
When I was ready to buy an electric wheelchair I made sure to go back. A quick friendly chat on the helpful online chat and I organised an appointment to my convenience and Sara and Sonia made the experience fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, will help pick a chair with your needs and budget in mind and they even considered my husbands needs due to him caring for me.
After service was also fantastic, the personal touches and keeping in touch about my purchase (wasn’t just the chair, some other bits to make me independent) and my own personal journey.
I thought I may have a had a slight issue with my new chair, I contacted them and a sweet gent called David came to my property, took it away and back the next day so I wouldn’t be without it long. Just needed a tyre pump up. Absolutely no issues, local friendly people and I will always use them for any need I have!!!

I know its on their radar but the showroom is fantastic just needs an automatic door - the lovely people are positioned so well they can see us entering and get the door in time for us a interim solution!!

A lovely big showroom which was nice and warm. We had a lovely advisor who came out to greet us. She showed us the rollators and I was able to try some out. She obviously had knowledge and experience, which is what I needed. We were looking to buy a scooter bag and cover which she helped us with. A great experience!

A critical diagnosis of a loved one took me to the fen mobility centre today. The staff were kind, knowledgable, supportive and able to advise on immediate and future needs. A very positive experience.

Sara demonstrated excellent compassion and professionalism throughout the demonstration. She clearly explained the mechanisms of the recliner chair to our service user and took time to compassionately discuss the benefits with the service user’s wife. Sara patiently allowed the service user time to process all the information, respected their decisions, and thoughtfully offered alternative options and additional time where needed. Both service users are now enjoying sitting comfortably in their reclining chair, spending more quality time together.
