I ordered a gray men's coat with a stand-up collar, but received a completely different model with a wide notched lapel. The product I received clearly does not match the images or description on the website.
When I contacted Fenna Fashion, they refused to admit their mistake and insisted the item was correct — despite clear photo evidence. They told me I could return the item only to China, even though their entire website and checkout process mention a return address in Amsterdam. They also expect customers to pay the return shipping, even if the mistake was theirs.
I spent nearly three weeks trying to resolve the issue, and their customer service was evasive, slow, and ultimately unhelpful. I was offered only a 50% refund to keep the wrong item.
I do not recommend this store. Their business practices are misleading and far from customer-friendly. If you're considering ordering, be extremely cautious.
