Don’t think I’ve ever bothered to write a negative review about anything before but this is well needed. I rented a property through this company for two years and it was the worst experience ever. They never dealt with a single issue I raised promptly, they made my end of tenancy exit hell, their constant lack of communication resulted in me ending up out of pocket despite me requesting information for end of tenancy information two months prior to which I had no response. They were extremely efficient at communication when they were collecting funds and other issues that benefited them but conveniently ignored my plea for action due to having to throw away half of my furniture due to mould damage from internal walls (this was not the first mould related issue I had raised about this property). The two young lads I spoke to on the odd occasion are the only reason I wouldn’t plea for this review to have 0 stars. I have requested contact information for HO in order to raise a formal complaint. Horrific company and will never be using them again.

office has always been very helpful and professional with all correspondence regarding my property, and would thoroughly recommend Fenn Wright.

They have been so helpful during the transaction. Kirsty has been calling me every week to update the progress of the transaction and very responsive in any questions raised. I’m very happy with their service.

I cannot recommend Fenn Wright’s highly enough. From the perspective of a buyer, they’ve been nothing short of brilliant. And, what would normally be viewed as a fairly stressful experience, the conveyancing process has been smooth sailing throughout. In particular, Kirsty King, who has been in weekly contact with status updates and actions, as well as managing all parties involved. She’s really gone above and beyond to help the process through to completion, and her knowledge, experience and willingness to help is a credit to Fenn Wright’s. I would have absolutely no hesitation buying again through Fenn Wright, or indeed listing through them.

Dealing with Charlie Howgego and her colleagues of Fenn Wright Felixstowe has been a delight. They followed through the initial enquiry to the sale, efficiently and courteously throughout. Every call was returned promptly and they were lovely to deal with. I'd do business again with them in a heartbeat and happily recommend them to others.

Great experience with fenn Wright selling my property this year. The fee was reasonable in comparison with other estate agents and the whole process was quick and professional. We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side.

Professional and friendly attitude. Regular updates throughout the post-sale period. A particularly long postsale period in this instance. Persistency in pushing for information from the buyer, their solicitor and mortgage lender. Politeness in calls and emails.

I can only endorse the 1* reviews. Their commercial surveyor has repeatedly failed to reply to emails, phone calls, voice messages, texts. We finally had to go elsewhere. No more Fenn Wright for us!

Wanted to view a property they have listed. The girl on the phone very unprofessional and telephone manner shocking.

Wanted to view the property to make sure it's suitable for my family needs. I'm integrated on the phone. I'm not going to do a 140 mile round trip to waste my time.

Won't be using this company. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to calling them. Would have saved my time.

Ipswich team the worst

After viewing a property / signing contract , ready to move in I’ve been phoned to be told the flat is gone and the reason is due to agents misunderstanding ( other agent rent the flat to someone else already ) . After the phone call ends I receive an email from them saying the tenancy application offer has been cancelled subject to contract and references …
On top of that I’ve already contacted them several times to refund the holding deposit with no answer ..
just stay away from this unprofessional “agents “ . Waste of time and headache

Lessons learnt. First buyer months in shifted quickly to an identical property in the block on a small technical issue, second buyer ghosted after offer, third buyer took near six months with no exchange and miraculously secured another property in two days.!!!! Progressing is extremely weak and ineffectual.
