Misleading photos,
All AI edited, distorted representation, poor customer service.
I cancelled my order within a few minutes, but after about 10 emails, it was still delivered to me. Poor communication and no understanding on the part of customer service. I'm still waiting for my money.
Stay away from this rubbish!
I ordered one of their Halloween tops because the photos showed a beautifully knitted piece with 3D flowers and embroidery. What I received was nothing like that. They sent a dress instead of the blouse I ordered, and the “details” were just a flat print—basically a picture of flowers and stitching printed on cheap fabric.
Another red flag: although I bought it from “Fentygirl,” every return/refund link bounced me to a different site (artsvogue.com). I emailed immediately to request a return and explain the issue and got no reply. The site images look great; the product I received was crap.
I also suspect many of their product images are AI-generated or heavily fabricated—the textures and “hand-knit” elements don’t look real and don’t match what arrives. While digging around I found they seem to use or operate under multiple names, including: FENTYFIRL, COWBOYHOOD, Fiestagrab, Maciso, Velachics, Fenlismall, Artswardrobe, Deeove (and artsvogue.com for returns).
Bottom line: Misleading pictures, wrong item, printed fabric, and no customer service. I would not buy from them again.
I would give "0" stars if I could.
The dress ordered in no way resembles what I received. The fabric is polyester (not linen), there is no embroidery as promised, lace missing, sleeves and hemline hideously finished and not like the photo, horrible zipper, the waist and bustline are humorous-wrong, and colour incorrect. Essentially, it is a fraud - as is their return policy which I believe to be non-existent.
I ordered a dress for my wedding that said "embroidered". This was the worse mistake. The dress was only a piece of material that was printed and poor quality at that. This is ABOLUTELY NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
This company advertised lovely clothes that appeared to have three dimensional flowers and embroidery. I ordered a blouse from them. They sent a dress instead and it was nothing like what I ordered. The fabric was "printed" with basically a picture of flowers and embroidery. Also, they sold it as "Fentygirl", however, when you click on any link to report that you want to return/refund, it takes you to another company website under the name "artsvogue.com". I contacted them to report that I am extremely unhappy with what I received and so far they have not responded. The pictures on their site were great. The product--CRAP!
This is a fake company.....yet another scam. I'm lucky my band flagged it up and didn't pay $111.80...PHEW
