Good communication
Good communication. Fair price. Watch out for custom fees if buying and importing to uk though. Not fepshop fault but it is a hidden cost which is significant.

Postage fairly pricey - not recieved after a week
Order shipped promptly but considering relatively high shipping costs I'm yet to receive my order. Perhaps a cheaper postage option would be nice as it seems UPS are slower than regular postage.

Anycubic m3 max
Anycubic m3 max is a great product. Everytging was easy to install. One minor point. Because there was no empty or usable bottle incuded for auto feeder.
I had no problems with object for first attempt and druckwege is a nice resin.

Friendly customer service.
Customer service is very friendly and helpful. After placing my order I reconsidered the model of 3d printer I wanted. They changed my order without a problem. Unfortunately the printer I wanted was delayed a few times (not FepShop's fault).
